Hadith #45927
وعن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏البركة تنزل وسط الطعام، فكلوا من حافتيه ولا تأكلوا من وسطه‏"‏‏‏.((رواه أبو داود والترمذي))      
Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said:‏ ‏ “The blessing will come down in the middle of the food, so eat of its edges and do not eat from its midst.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi))
