Hadith #46293
عن طلحة بن عبيد الله رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا رأى الهلال قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏اللهم أهله علينا بالأمن والإيمان والسلامة والإسلام، ربي وربك الله، هلال رشد وخير‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه الترمذي وقال‏:‏ حديث حسن‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Talha bin Ubaidullah, may God be pleased with him, that when the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw the crescent, he would say: “Oh God, make it a crescent of guidance and goodness upon us with security, faith, safety, and Islam. My Lord and your Lord, a crescent of guidance and goodness.” ((Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and said: A good hadith)).
