Hadith #46307
وعن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ما من أيام العمل الصالح فيها أحب إلى الله من هذه الأيام" يعني أيام العشر، قالوا: يا رسول الله ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله؟ قال: "ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله، إلا رجل خرج بنفسه، وماله فلم يرجع من ذلك بشيء" ((رواه البخاري)).
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “There are no days in which good deeds are more beloved to God than these days,” meaning the ten days. They said: O Messenger of God, not even jihad for the sake of God? He said: “Not even jihad for the sake of God, except for a man who went out with himself and his wealth and did not return with anything from that” ((Narrated by Al-Bukhari)..
