Hadith #46554
وعن قبيصة بنت أبي عبيد، عن بعض أزواج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، ورضي الله عنها، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏من أتي عرافًا فسأله عن شيء، فصدقه، لم تقبل له صلاة أربعين يومًا‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Qabisah bint Abi Ubaid, on the authority of some of the wives of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and may God be pleased with her, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Whoever goes to a fortune teller and asks him about something, and he believes him, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
