حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي طَاوُسٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: عَلِّمُوا وَيَسِّرُوا، عَلِّمُوا وَيَسِّرُوا، ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ، وَإِذَا غَضِبْتَ فَاسْكُتْ، مَرَّتَيْنِ.
Musaddad told us, he said: Abd al-Wahid bin Ziyad told us, he said: Laith told us, he said: Tawoos told me, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: Teach and be pleased, teach and be pleased, three times, and when you are angry, be silent, twice.
