Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #51804

On the authority of Al-Nawwas bin Samaan, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, mentioned the Antichrist and said: “If he emerges while I am among you, then I will be his argument without you. He comes out, and I am not among you. A man is making his own plea, and God is my successor over every Muslim. He is a young man with swollen eyes, as if I resemble him. By Abd al-Uzza ibn Qatan, whoever of you catches him should recite to him the opening verses of Surat al-Kahf. And in a narration: “Let him recite to him the openings of Surah Al-Kahf, for it is your protection from his temptation. He has left the confines of the Levant and Iraq, so he moved to the right and to the left, oh Servants of God, so stand firm.” We said: Oh Messenger of God, and how long did he live on earth? He said: “Forty days, one day like a year, one day like a month, one day like a Friday, and the rest of its days are like your days.” We said: O Messenger of God, on that day which is like a year, a day’s prayer is sufficient for us. He said: “Do not give him his due value.” We said: O Messenger of God, and what? His speed across the land? He said: “Like a rain driven by the wind, and it comes upon the people, and they call upon them, and they believe in it. Then it commands the sky, and it rains, and the earth, and it brings forth and departs.” I will sweep them over them as long as they are long, long in udders, and long in loins. Then the people will come. So he calls them, and they respond to his words, so he turns away from them, and they become salty, with nothing of their wealth in their hands, and he passes by desolation, and he says to her: Bring out your treasures, and their treasures will follow him like bee flies. Then he will call a man full of youth, and he will strike him with the sword, cutting him off in two parts. Then they called him and he came forward and his face lit up with laughter. While he was like that, God sent the Messiah, son of Mary, and he came down at the minaret. Al-Bayda, east of Damascus, between two Mahrothites, placing his hands on the wings of two angels, when he lowered his head, a drop, and when he raised it, it descended from him like a jumman, like pearls. It is permissible for an infidel to smell his own breath unless he dies while his breath ends where his limb ends, so he pursues him until he overtakes him at the Gate of Lod and kills him. Then Jesus will come. To a people whom God has protected from it, and He wipes off their faces and informs them of their ranks in Paradise, while He is like that, when He revealed God to Jesus: Indeed, I have brought forth My servants, and no one can be blamed for fighting them, so bring My servants to the stage, and God will raise Gog and Magog. (And they will disperse from every corner) and the first of them will pass by Lake Tiberias and drink what is in it, and the last of them will pass by and say: It was by this Once, water, then they walk until they come to Mount Al-Khamr, which is the Mount of Jerusalem, and they say, “We have killed everyone on earth. Come.” Let us kill those who are in the sky, and they will shoot their arrows at the sky, and God will return their arrows to them, drenched in blood, and the Prophet of God will be besieged. And his companions, until the head of a bull is better for one of them than a hundred dinars for one of you today. So the Prophet of God, Jesus, and his companions desire, so he sends May God bless them with the loss of their necks, and they will become as dead as the death of a single soul. Then the Prophet of God, Jesus, and his companions will descend to And they will not find in the earth a place of a span of space but it is filled by their scum and their stench. Then the Prophet of God, Jesus, and his companions turn to God. Then God sends birds like the necks of camels, which carry them and cast them wherever God wills.” And in a narration, “You throw them down with arrows, and they are ignited.” They will surrender their bows, crossbows, and quivers for seven years, then God will send rain, from which there will not be any muddy house or dander, and it will wash the earth. Until he leaves it like a pomegranate, then it will be said to the earth: Grow your fruit and return your blessing. On that day the group will eat from the pomegranate. And they will seek shade under its roof, and the Messengers will be blessed, to the point that a foetus from camels is sufficient for a group of people, and a foetus from cows is sufficient for a group of people. A tribe of people and a flock of sheep is enough for a thigh of people, so between us they were like that when God sent a pleasant wind. Then you will seize them under their armpits, and you will seize the soul of every believer and every Muslim, and the worst of people will remain, clowning around therein like reds. Upon them will the Hour come.” It was narrated by Muslim, except for the second narration, which is his saying: “He drove them away with looting,” up to his saying: “Seven years.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
