أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا : أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ" لَا تَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ تَمَسَّ الْحَائِضُ الْخُمْرَةَ "
Sahl bin Hammad told us, Shu`bah told us, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin al-Qasim, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her: That she “did not see any harm in a menstruating woman touching a drunk woman.”
