Sunan ad-Darimi # 17/2360

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ حَدِيدٍ ، عَنْ صَخْرٍ الْغَامِدِيِّ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِأُمَّتِي فِي بُكُورِهَا ".
وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً، بَعَثَهَا مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ.
قَالَ : فَكَانَ هَذَا الرَّجُلُ رَجُلًا تَاجِرًا فَكَانَ يَبْعَثُ غِلْمَانَهُ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ، فَكَثُرَ مَالُهُ

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : " لَقَلَّمَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَيَخْرُجُ إِذَا أَرَادَ سَفَرًا إِلَّا يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ "

Othman bin Umar told us, Yunus told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Abdul-Rahman bin Ka’b, on the authority of his father, he said: “The Messenger of God rarely May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He leaves when he wants to travel, except on Thursday.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ ، وَابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" خَيْرُ الأَصْحَابِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ خَيْرُهُمْ لِصَاحِبِهِ، وَخَيْرُ الْجِيرَانِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ خَيْرُهُمْ لِجَارِهِ "

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، وَعُقَيْلٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" خَيْرُ الأَصْحَابِ أَرْبَعَةٌ، وَخَيْرُ الْجُيُوشِ أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافٍ، وَخَيْرُ السَّرَايَا أَرْبَعُ مِائَةٍ، وَمَا بَلَغَ اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَلْفًا فَصَبَرُوا، وَصَدَقُوا فَغُلِبُوا مِنْ قِلَّةٍ "

Muhammad ibn al-Salt narrated to us, Hibban ibn Ali narrated to us, on the authority of Yunus, and Uqayl on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Ubayd Allah ibn Abdullah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The best companions are four, the best armies are four thousand, and the best The companies were four hundred, and a number of twelve thousand, but they were patient and truthful, but were defeated by a few.”

Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Alqamah ibn Marthad, on the authority of Suleiman ibn Buraydah, on the authority of his father, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace When God commands a man to go on a expedition, God, upon him be peace and blessings, commands him privately to fear God and to be good to those Muslims who are with him. And he said: “Fight in the name of God, and for the sake of God, fight those who disbelieve in God. Fight, and do not betray, and do not exceed, and do not mutilate, and do not kill a newborn.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَا تَتَمَنَّوْا لِقَاءَ الْعَدُوِّ، وَسَلُوا اللَّهَ الْعَافِيَةَ، فَإِنْ لَقِيتُمُوهُمْ، فَاثْبُتُوا، وَأَكْثِرُوا ذِكْرَ اللَّهِ، فَإِنْ أَجْلَبُوا وَضَجُّوا، فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالصَّمْتِ "

Abdullah bin Yazid told us, Abdul Rahman bin Ziyad told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Yazid, on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Do not hope to meet the enemy, but ask God for well-being. If you meet them, stand firm. And remember God often, but if they come and make noise, then you must remain silent.”

أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَدْعُو أَيَّامَ حُنَيْنٍ :" اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أُحَاوِلُ، وَبِكَ أُصَاوِلُ، وَبِكَ أُقَاتِلُ "

Hajjaj bin Minhal told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Thabit, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila, on the authority of Suhayb: that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, used to pray during the days of Hunayn: “O God, by You I seek, by You I reach out, and by You I fight.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَمَّرَ رَجُلًا عَلَى سَرِيَّةٍ أَوْصَاهُ :" إِذَا لَقِيتَ عَدُوَّكَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ، فَادْعُهُمْ إِلَى إِحْدَى ثَلَاثِ خِلَالٍ أَوْ ثَلاثِ خِصَالٍ فَأَيَّتُهُمْ مَا أَجَابُوكَ إِلَيْهَا، فَاقْبَلْ مِنْهُمْ وَكُفَّ عَنْهُمْ ثُمَّ ادْعُهُمْ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، فَإِنْ هُمْ أَجَابُوكَ فَاقْبَلْ مِنْهُمْ وَكُفَّ عَنْهُمْ، ثُمَّ ادْعُهُمْ إِلَى التَّحَوُّلِ مِنْ دَارِهِمْ إِلَى دَارِ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ، وَأَخْبِرْهُمْ إِنْ هُمْ فَعَلُوا أَنَّ لَهُمْ مَا لِلْمُهَاجِرِينَ، وَأَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ مَا عَلَى الْمُهَاجِرِينَ، فَإِنْ هُمْ أَبَوْا، فَأَخْبِرْهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ يَكُونُونَ كَأَعْرَابِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، يَجْرِي عَلَيْهِمْ حُكْمُ اللَّهِ الَّذِي يَجْرِي عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَيْسَ لَهُمْ فِي الْفَيْءِ وَالْغَنِيمَةِ نَصِيبٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يُجَاهِدُوا مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.
فَإِنْ هُمْ أَبَوْا أَنْ يَدْخُلُوا فِي الْإِسْلامِ، فَسَلْهُمْ إِعْطَاءَ الْجِزْيَةِ، فَإِنْ فَعَلُوا، فَاقْبَلْ مِنْهُمْ وَكُفَّ عَنْهُمْ، فَإِنْ هُمْ أَبَوْا، فَاسْتَعِنْ بِاللَّهِ وَقَاتِلْهُمْ.
وَإِنْ حَاصَرْتَ أَهْلَ حِصْنٍ، فَإِنْ أَرَادُوكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ لَهُمْ ذِمَّةَ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةَ نَبِيِّهِ، فَلَا تَجْعَلْ لَهُمْ ذِمَّةَ اللَّهِ، وَلَا ذِمَّةَ نَبِيِّهِ، وَلَكِنْ اجْعَلْ لَهُمْ ذِمَّتَكَ وَذِمَّةَ أَبِيكَ، وَذِمَّةَ أَصْحَابِكَ، فَإِنَّكُمْ إِنْ تُخْفِرُوا بِذِمَّتِكُمْ وَذِمَّةِ آبَائِكُمْ، أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ أَنْ تُخْفِرُوا ذِمَّةَ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةَ رَسُولِهِ.
وَإِنْ حَاصَرْتَ حِصْنًا فَأَرَادُوكَ أَنْ يَنْزِلُوا عَلَى حُكْمِ اللَّهِ، فَلَا تُنْزِلْهُمْ عَلَى حُكْمِ اللَّهِ، وَلَكِنْ أَنْزِلْهُمْ عَلَى حُكْمِكَ، فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي أَتُصِيبُ حُكْمَ اللَّهِ فِيهِمْ أَمْ لا، ثُمَّ اقْضِ فِيهِمْ بِمَا شِئْتَ ".
قَالَ عَلْقَمَةُ : فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ مُقَاتِلَ بْنَ حَيَّانَ ، فَقَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مُسْلِمُ بْنُ هَيْصَمٍ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ

If they are They refuse to convert to Islam, so ask them to pay the tax, and if they do, then accept from them and desist from them, but if they refuse, So seek help from God and fight them. And if you besiege the people of a fortress, then if they want you to assign to them the protection of God and the protection of His Prophet, do not assign to them the protection. God, nor the covenant of His Prophet, but make for them your covenant, the covenant of your father, and the covenant of your companions, for if you conceal your covenant, the covenant Your fathers, it is easier for you than to violate the covenant of God and the covenant of His Messenger. And if you besiege a fortress and they want you to come under the judgment of God, So do not put them down to the ruling of God, but put them down to your ruling, for you do not know whether you will follow the ruling of God regarding them or not, then judge them according to what You wish.” Alqamah said: I narrated it to Muqatil ibn Hayyan, and he said: Muslim ibn Haysam narrated to me, on the authority of Al-Nu’man ibn Muqrin, on the authority of the Prophet May God bless him and grant him peace

Sunan ad-Darimi # 17/2368

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ :" مَا قَاتَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَوْمًا حَتَّى دَعَاهُمْ "، قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : سُفْيَانُ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ يَعْنِي : هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Ibn Abi Najih, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not fight May God bless him and grant him peace, a people until he called them.” Abdullah said: Sufyan did not hear from Ibn Abi Najih, meaning: this hadith.

Sunan ad-Darimi # 17/2369

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ" يُغِيرُ عِنْدَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ، وَكَانَ يَسْتَمِعُ، فَإِنْ سَمِعَ أَذَانًا، أَمْسَكَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ أَذَانًا، أَغَارَ "

Hajjaj bin Minhal narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, on the authority of Thabit, on the authority of Anas: that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to change his voice when praying Fajr, and he would listen, and if he heard the call to prayer, he would stop, and if he did not hear the call to prayer, he would fall asleep.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 17/2370

أَخْبَرَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَوْسَ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْسٍ الثَّقَفِيَّ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي وَفْدِ ثَقِيفٍ، قَالَ : وَكُنْتُ فِي أَسْفَلِ الْقُبَّةِ لَيْسَ فِيهَا أَحَدٌ إِلا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَائِمٌ إِذْ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَسَارَّهُ، فَقَالَ : " اذْهَبْ فَاقْتُلْهُ "، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " أَلَيْسَ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ؟ ".
قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : وَأَشُكُّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ؟.
قَالَ : بَلَى.
قَالَ :" إِنِّي أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، فَإِذَا قَالُوهَا، حَرُمَتْ عَلَيَّ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ إِلا بِحَقِّهَا ".
قَالَ : وَهُوَ الَّذِي قَتَلَ أَبَا مَسْعُودٍ.
قَالَ : وَمَا مَاتَ حَتَّى قَتَلَ خَيْرَ إِنْسَانٍ بِالطَّائِفِ

Hashim bin Al-Qasim told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Al-Nu’man bin Salem, he said: I heard Aws bin Abi Aws Al-Thaqafi, he said: I came The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the Thaqif delegation, said: I was at the bottom of the dome and there was no one there except the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. And he was sleeping, when a man came to him and comforted him, and said: “Go and kill him,” then he said: “Does he not bear witness that there is no god but God?” Shu'bah said: Do I doubt that Muhammad is the Messenger of God? He said: Yes. He said: “I have been commanded to fight the people until they say: There is no god but Allah. If they say it, it is forbidden.” Their blood and their wealth are upon me, except by right.” He said: And he was the one who killed Abu Masoud. He said: He did not die until he had killed the best person in Taif.

Sunan ad-Darimi # 17/2371

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ إِلَّا إِحْدَى ثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ : النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ "

Ya'la told us, Al-A'mash told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Murrah, on the authority of Masruq, on the authority of Abdullah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He, peace and blessings be upon him: “It is not permissible to shed the blood of a man who bears witness that there is no god but Allah, except one of three people: a life for a life, a married adulterer, And the one who abandons his religion and separates from the community.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 17/2372

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ شَيْبَانَ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، وَكَانَتْ الْأَنْصَارُ تُفَقِّهُهُ.
قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَتَادَةَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " بَعَثَ جَيْشَ الْأُمَرَاءِ، قَالَ : فَانْطَلَقُوا فَلَبِثُوا مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ، ثُمَّ صَعِدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمِنْبَرَ،فَأَمَرَ فَنُودِيَ : الصَّلَاةُ جَامِعَةٌ "

Suleiman bin Harb told us, Al-Aswad bin Shayban told us, on the authority of Khaled bin Samir, he said: Abdullah bin Rabah Al-Ansari came to us. And the Ansar taught him jurisprudence. He said: Abu Qatada told us: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent an army of princes. He said: So they went and stayed for as long as God willed, then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ascended the pulpit and gave the order that it would be called: “Prayer is unified.”

أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" الْمُسْتَشَارُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ "

Al-Aswad bin Amir told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Abu Amr Al-Shaybani, on the authority of Abu Masoud Al-Ansari, on the authority of The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one who is advised is trustworthy.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْحِزَامِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" إِذَا أَرَادَ غَزْوَةً وَرَّى بِغَيْرِهَا "

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، وَعَفَّانُ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَبِي هَمَّامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْفِهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ حُنَيْنٍ، فَكُنَّا فِي يَوْمٍ قَائِظٍ شَدِيدِ الْحَرِّ، فَنَزَلْنَا تَحْتَ ظِلَالِ الشَّجَرِ، .

. فَذَكَرَ الْقِصَّةَ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ كَفًّا مِنْ تُرَابٍ، قَالَ : فَحَدَّثَنِي الَّذِي هُوَ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي أَنَّهُ ضَرَبَ بِهِ وُجُوهَهُمْ، وَقَالَ :" شَاهَتِ الْوُجُوهُ " فَهَزَمَ اللَّهُ الْمُشْرِكِينَ.
قَالَ يَعْلَى : فَحَدَّثَنِي أَبْنَاؤُهُمْ أَنَّ أَبَاءَهُمْ.
قَالُوا : فَمَا بَقِيَ مِنَّا أَحَدٌ إِلا امْتَلَأَتْ عَيْنَاهُ وَفَمُهُ تُرَابًا

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ مَعَهُ فِي مَجْلِسٍ :" بَايِعُونِي عَلَى أَنْ لا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا، وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا، وَلَا تَزْنُوا، وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ، وَلَا تَأْتُوا بِبُهْتَانٍ تَفْتَرُونَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَرْجُلِكُمْ، فَمَنْ وَفَى مِنْكُمْ، فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا، فَسَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ، فَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ، إِنْ شَاءَ، عَاقَبَهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ عَفَا عَنْهُ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَعُوقِبَ بِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا، فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ ".
قَالَ : فَبَايَعْنَاهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" كُنَّا يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ أَلْفًا وَأَرْبَعَ مِائَةٍ، فَبَايَعْنَاهُ وَعُمَرُ آخِذٌ بِيَدِهِ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ وَهِيَ : سَمُرَةٌ ، وَقَالَ : بَايَعْنَاهُ عَلَى أَنْ لَا نَفِرّ، وَلَمْ نُبَايِعْهُ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاق ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْقُلُ مَعَنَا التُّرَابَ يَوْمَ الْأَحْزَابِ، وَقَدْ " وَارَى التُّرَابُبَيَاضَ إِبِطَيْهِ "، وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : اللَّهُمَّ لَوْلَا أَنْتَ مَا اهْتَدَيْنَا وَلَا تَصَدَّقْنَا وَلَا صَلَّيْنَا فَأَنْزِلَنَّ سَكِينَةً عَلَيْنَا وَثَبِّتْ الْأَقْدَامَ إِنْ لَاقَيْنَا إِنَّ الْأُلَى قَدْ بَغَوْا عَلَيْنَا وَإِنْ أَرَادُوا فِتْنَةً أَبَيْنَا وَيَرْفَعُ بِهَا صَوْتَهُ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَى رَأْسِهِ مِغْفَرٌ، فَلَمَّا نَزَعَهُ، جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ،" هَذَا ابْنُ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اقْتُلُوهُ "

قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ خَالَفَهُ.
قَالَ : قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَزَعَمَ النَّاسُ أَنَّهُ هُوَ الْمَحْفُوظُ

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق الدَّوْسِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ الدَّوْسِيِّ ، قَالَ : بَعَثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ، فَقَالَ : " إِنْ ظَفِرْتُمْ بِفُلَانٍ وَفُلَانٍ فَحَرِّقُوهُمَا بِالنَّارِ " حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ الْغَدُ، بَعَثَ إِلَيْنَا، فَقَالَ :" إِنِّي قَدْ كُنْتُ أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِتَحْرِيقِ هَذَيْنِ الرَّجُلَيْنِ، ثُمَّ رَأَيْتُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يُعَذِّبَ بِالنَّارِ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، فَإِنْ ظَفِرْتُمْ بِهِمَا، فَاقْتُلُوهُمَا "

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ هُوَ : ابْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : وُجِدَ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ امْرَأَةٌ مَقْتُولَةٌ " فَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْقَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاق الْفَزَارِيُّ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍ ، قَالَ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزَاةٍ فَظَفِرَ بِالْمُشْرِكِينَ فَأَسْرَعَ النَّاسُ فِي الْقَتْلِ حَتَّى قَتَلُوا الذُّرِّيَّةَ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ :" مَا بَالُ أَقْوَامٍ ذَهَبَ بِهِمْ الْقَتْلُ حَتَّى قَتَلُوا الذُّرِّيَّةَ؟ أَلا لا تُقْتَلَنَّ ذُرِّيَّةً ثَلَاثًا "

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ ، قالَ :" عُرِضْنَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ، فَمَنْ أَنْبَتَ الشَّعْرَ، قُتِلَ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يُنْبِتْ، تُرِكَ "، فَكُنْتُ أَنَا مِمَّنْ لَمْ يُنْبِتْ الشَّعْرَ، فَلَمْ يَقْتُلُونِي.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" فُكُّوا الْعَانِيَ وَأَطْعِمُوا الْجَائِعَ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" فَادَى رَجُلًا بِرَجُلَيْنِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" أُعْطِيتُ خَمْسًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ نَبِيٌّ قَبْلِي : بُعِثْتُ إِلَى الْأَحْمَرِ وَالْأَسْوَدِ، وَجُعِلَتْ لِيَ الْأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا وَأُحِلَّتْ لِيَ الْغَنَائِمُ، وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي، وَنُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ شَهْرًا، يُرْعَبُ مِنِّي الْعَدُوُّ مَسِيرَةَ شَهْرٍ.
وَقِيلَ لِي : سَلْ تُعْطَهْ.
فَاخْتَبَأْتُ دَعْوَتِي شَفَاعَةً لِأُمَّتِي، وَهِيَ نَائِلَةٌ مِنْكُمْ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى مَنْ لَمْ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا "

Yahya bin Hammad told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Suleiman, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Ubaid bin Umayr, on the authority of Abu Dharr: That the Prophet May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “I was given five things that no prophet before me was given: I was sent to the red and the black, and the land was made for me.” I prostrated and purified myself, and the spoils were made lawful for me, but they were not lawful for anyone before me. أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ :" شَهِدْتُ فَتْحَ خَيْبَرَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَانْهَزَمَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ، فَوَقَعْنَا فِي رِحَالِهِمْ، فَابْتَدَرَ النَّاسُ مَا وَجَدُوا مِنْ جَزُورٍ.
قَالَ : فَلَمْ يَكُنْ ذَلِكَ بِأَسْرَعَ مِنْ أَنْ فَارَتِ الْقُدُورُ فَأَمَرَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأُكْفِئَتْ.
قَالَ : ثُمَّ قَسَمَ بَيْنَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَعَلَ لِكُلِّ عَشْرَةٍ شَاةً.
قَالَ : وَكَانَ بَنُو فُلَانٍ مَعَهُ تِسْعَةً، وَكُنْتُ وَحْدِي فَالْتَفَتُّ إِلَيْهِمْ فَكُنَّا عَشْرَةً بَيْنَنَا شَاةٌ "، قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ يَقُولُ : عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ : كَأَنَّهُ يَقُولُ : إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَحْفَظْهُ .
أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ وهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ، قَالَ : فَأُلِّفْتُ إِلَيْهِمْ.
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ : الصَّوَابُ عِنْدِي مَا قَالَ زَكَرِيَّا فِي الْإِسْنَادِ

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَرْزُوقٍ مَوْلًى لِتُجِيبٍ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي حَنَشٌ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : غَزَوْنَا الْمَغْرِبَ وَعَلَيْنَا رُوَيْفِعُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ فَافْتَتَحْنَا قَرْيَةً يُقَالُ لَهَا : جَرْبَةَ ، فَقَامَ فِينَا رُوَيْفِعُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ خَطِيبًا، فَقَالَ : إِنِّي لَا أَقُومُ فِيكُمْ إِلَّا بما سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَامَ فِينَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ حِينَ افْتَتَحْنَاهَا، فَقَالَ :" مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ، فَلَا يَأْتِيَنَّ شَيْئًا مِنَ السَّبْيِ حَتَّى يَسْتَبْرِئَهَا "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ أَبِي عُمَرَ الشَّامِيِّ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى امْرَأَةً مُجِحَّةً يَعْنِي : حُبْلَى عَلَى بَابِ فُسْطَاطٍ ، فَقَالَ : " لَعَلَّهُ قَدْ أَلَمَّ بِهَا؟ ".
قَالُوا : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ :" لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ أَلْعَنَهُ لَعْنَةً تَدْخُلُ مَعَهُ قَبْرَهُ، كَيْفَ يُوَرِّثُهُ وَهُوَ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ، وَكَيْفَ يَسْتَخْدِمُهُ وَهُوَ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ "

أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قِرَاءَةً، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جُنَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ : أَنَّ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ كَانَ فِي جَيْشٍ فَفُرِّقَ بَيْنَ الصِّبْيَانِ وَبَيْنَ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ، فَرَآهُمْ يَبْكُونَ، فَجَعَلَ يَرُدُّ الصَّبِيَّ إِلَى أُمِّهِ.
وَيَقُولُ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الْوَالِدَةِ وَوَلَدِهَا، فَرَّقَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْأَحِبَّاءِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَجَلِيُّ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ صَخْرِ بْنِ الْعَيْلَةِ ، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقُولُ : الْغِيلَةِ .
قَالَ : أَخَذْتُ عَمَّةَ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، فَقَدِمْتُ بِهَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَمَّتَهُ، فَقَالَ : " يَا صَخْرُ، إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ إِذَا أَسْلَمُوا، أَحْرَزُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَدِمَاءَهُمْ، فَادْفَعْهَا إِلَيْهِ ".
وَكَانَ مَاءٌ لِبَنِي سُلَيْمٍ، فَأَسْلَمُوا فَأَتَوْهُ فَسَأَلُوهُ ذَلِكَ، فَدَعَانِي، فَقَالَ : " يَا صَخْرُ، إِنَّالْقَوْمَ إِذَا أَسْلَمُوا، أَحْرَزُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَدِمَاءَهُمْ، فَادْفَعْهُ إِلَيْهِمْ "فَدَفَعْتُهُ

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابِنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ :" بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَرِيَّةً فِيهَا ابْنُ عُمَر، فَغَنِمُوا إِبِلًا كَثِيرَةً، فَكَانَتْ سِهَامُهُمْ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا أَوْ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا وَنُفِّلُوا بَعِيرًا بَعِيرًا "

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاق الْفَزَارِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " إِذَاأَغَارَ فِي أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ، نَفَّلَ الرُّبُعَ، وَإِذَا أَقْبَلَ رَاجِعًا، وَكُلُّ النَّاسِ، نَفَّلَ الثُّلُثَ "

فَقَتَلَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ يَوْمَئِذٍ عِشْرِينَ، وَأَخَذَ أَسْلَابَهُمْ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ هُوَ : عُمَرُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : " بَارَزْتُ رَجُلًا فَقَتَلْتُهُ،فَنَفَّلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَلَبَهُ "

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاق الْفَزَارِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ الْأَنْفَالَ وَيَقُولُ :" لِيَرُدَّ قَوِيُّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَى ضَعِيفِهِمْ "

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ :" أَدُّوا الْخِيَاطَ وَالْمَخِيطَ، وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْغُلُولَ فَإِنَّهُ عَارٌ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ هُوَ : ابْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ هُوَ : ابْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَرْزُوقٍ مَوْلًى لِتُجِيبَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي حَنَشٌ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : غَزَوْنَا الْمَغْرِبَ وَعَلَيْنَا رُوَيْفِعُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، فَافْتَتَحْنَا قَرْيَةً يُقَالُ لَهَا : جَرْبَةَ فَقَامَ فِينَا رُوَيْفِعُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ خَطِيبًا، فَقَالَ : إِنِّي لَا أَقُومُ فِيكُمْ إِلَّا مَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ فِينَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ حِينَ افْتَتَحْنَاهَا :" مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلا يَرْكَبَنَّ دَابَّةً مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، حَتَّى إِذَا أَجْحَفَهَا أَوْ قَالَ : أَعْجَفَهَا، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ : أَنَا أَشُكُّ فِيهِ رَدَّهَا ".
وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ، فَلَا يَلْبَسْ ثَوْبًا مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَخْلَقَهُ، رَدَّهُ فِيهِ "

On the Day of Khaybar, when we opened it, we said: “Whoever believes in God and the Last Day should not ride an animal from the prey of the Muslims. Even if he treated it unfairly, or said: He treated it unfairly, Abu Muhammad said: I doubt it, he should return it. And whoever believes in God and the Last Day, then “He wears a garment from the fa’a of the Muslims until, when he takes it off, he puts it back in it.”
