Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1638

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ صِلَةَ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا عِنْدَ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ، فَأُتِيَ بِشَاةٍ مَصْلِيَّةٍ، فَقَالَ : كُلُوا، فَتَنَحَّى بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ، فَقَالَ : إِنِّي صَائِمٌ.
فَقَالَ عَمَّارُ بْنُ يَاسِرٍ :" مَنْ صَامَ الْيَوْمَ الَّذِي يُشَكُّ فِيهِ، فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "

Abdullah bin Saeed told us, Abu Khaled Al-Ahmar told us, on the authority of Amr bin Qais, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Silah, he said: We were With Ammar bin Yasser, he brought a praying sheep and said: Eat. Then some of the people moved away and said: I am fasting. Ammar bin Yasser said: “Whoever fasts today He who is doubted has disobeyed Abu Al-Qasim, may God bless him and grant him peace.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ أَبِي صَغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَ : أَصْبَحْتُ فِي يَوْمٍ قَدْ أُشْكِلَ عَلَيَّ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ، أَوْ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، فَأَصْبَحْتُ صَائِمًا، فَأَتَيْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ ، فَإِذَا هُوَ يَأْكُلُ خُبْزًا وَبَقْلًا، فَقَالَ : هَلُمَّ إِلَى الْغَدَاءِ.
فَقُلْتُ : إِنِّي صَائِمٌ.
فَقَالَ : أُقْسِمُ بِاللَّهِ لَتُفْطِرَنَّ.
فَلَمَّا رَأَيْتُهُ حَلَفَ وَلَا يَسْتَثْنِي، تَقَدَّمْتُ فَعَذَّرْتُ وَإِنَّمَا تَسَحَّرْتُ قُبَيْلَ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ قُلْتُ : هَاتِ الْآنَ مَا عِنْدَكَ.
فَقَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ حَالَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ سَحَابٌ، فَكَمِّلُوا الْعِدَّةَ ثَلَاثِينَ، وَلَا تَسْتَقْبِلُوا الشَّهْرَ اسْتِقْبَالًا "

Abdullah bin Saeed narrated to us, Ismail bin Aliya narrated to us, Hatim bin Abi Saghira narrated to us, on the authority of Simak bin Harb, he said: I woke up on a day in which I had trouble in the month of Sha`ban or in the month of Ramadan, so I became fasting, so I went to Ikrimah, and lo and behold, he was eating. bread and beans, He said: Come to lunch. So I said: I am fasting. He said: I swear to God that you will break your fast. When I saw that he had sworn and would not make an exception, I went forward and excused myself. I had only taken a break before that, then I said: Bring now what you have. He said: Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them, narrated to us. He said: The Messenger of God said God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: “Fast at its sighting and break your fast at its sighting. If a cloud comes between you and it, complete the number of thirty, and do not “You welcome the month with a welcoming welcome.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1640

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُمَا، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَ رَمَضَانَ، فَقَالَ :" لَا تَصُومُوا حَتَّى تَرَوْا الْهِلَالَ، وَلَا تُفْطِرُوا حَتَّى تَرَوْهُ، فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَاقْدُرُوا لَهُ "

Ubayd Allah bin Abdul Majeed told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him He mentioned Ramadan and said: “Do not fast until you see the crescent, and do not break your fast until you see it. حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَوْ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ الشَّهْرُ، فَعُدُّوا ثَلَاثِينَ "

Hashim bin Al-Qasim narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, Muhammad bin Ziyad narrated to me, he said: I heard Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, saying: He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, or Abu al-Qasim, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Fast when you see it, and break your fast when you see it. “The month is dark for you, so count thirty.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّهُ عَجِبَ مِمَّنْ يَتَقَدَّمُ الشَّهْرَ ، وَيَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ، فَصُومُوا، وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ فَأَفْطِرُوا، فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَأَكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ ثَلَاثِينَ يَوْمًا "

Ubayd Allah bin Saeed told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Amr, meaning Ibn Dinar, on the authority of Muhammad bin Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him. On their authority, it is astonishing at those who precede the month, and say: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If you see him, fast, and if You see it, break your fast, but if it becomes cloudy for you, then complete the period of thirty days.”

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، وَعَمِّهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا رَأَى الْهِلَالَ، قَالَ :" اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ، وَالتَّوْفِيقِ لِمَا يُحِبُّ رَبُّنَا وَيَرْضَى، رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ "

Saeed bin Suleiman told us, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Uthman bin Ibrahim, my father told me, on the authority of his father and his uncle, on the authority of Ibn Umar Radi On his authority, he said: Whenever the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw the crescent, he would say: “God is great, O God, make it crescent on us.” With security and faith, safety and Islam, and success in what our Lord loves and is pleased with, our Lord and your Lord are God.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الرِّفَاعِيُّ ، وَإِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَقَدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الْمَدَينِيُّ ، عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا رَأَى الْهِلَالَ، قَالَ :" اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ، رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ "

Muhammad bin Yazid Al-Rifai told us, Ishaq bin Ibrahim told us, Al-Aqdi told us, Sulayman bin Sufyan Al-Madani told us, on the authority of Bilal bin Yahya bin Talha, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Talha, may God be pleased with them both, he said: Whenever the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw Al-Hilal, he said: “Oh God, make it crescent upon us with security, faith, safety, and Islam. My Lord and your Lord are God.”

أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا تَقَدَّمُوا قَبْلَ رَمَضَانَ يَوْمًا، وَلَا يَوْمَيْنِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ رَجُلًا كَانَ يَصُومُ صَوْمًا، فَلْيَصُمْهُ "

Wahb bin Jarir told us, Hisham told us, on the authority of Yahya, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God said God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: “Do not come forward one day, or two days, before Ramadan, unless there is a man who used to fast regularly, let him fast it.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1646

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّمَاالشَّهْرُ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ، فَلَا تَصُومُوا حَتَّى تَرَوْهُ، وَلَا تُفْطِرُوا حَتَّى تَرَوْهُ، فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَاقْدُرُوا لَهُ "

Suleiman bin Harb told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God said: May God’s prayers and peace be upon him: “The month is only twenty-nine, so do not fast until you see it, and do not break your fast until you see it. If it is cloudy, upon you, so appreciate it.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1647

حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : تَرَاءَى النَّاسُ الْهِلَالَ، فَأَخْبَرْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنِّي رَأَيْتُهُ، " فَصَامَوَأَمَرَ النَّاسَ بِالصِّيَامِ "

Marwan bin Muhammad told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Wahb, on the authority of Yahya bin Salem, on the authority of Abu Bakr bin Nafi’, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with him, said: The people saw the crescent, so I informed the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, that I had seen it. So he fasted and ordered the people. “By fasting.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1648

حَدَّثَنِي عِصْمَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ : جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَقَالَ : إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ الْهِلَالَ.
فَقَالَ : " أَتَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ؟ " قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " يَا بِلَالُ،نَادِ فِي النَّاسِ، فَلْيَصُومُوا غَدًا "

Isma bin Al-Fadl narrated to me, Husayn Al-Ju’fi narrated to me, on the authority of Zaida, on the authority of Simmak, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him. Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1649

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ أَصْحَابُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَ الرَّجُلُ صَائِمًا فَحَضَرَ الْإِفْطَارُ، فَنَامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُفْطِرَ لَمْ يَأْكُلْ لَيْلَتَهُ وَلَا يَوْمَهُ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ، وَإِنَّ قَيْسَ بْنَ صِرْمَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ كَانَ صَائِمًا، فَلَمَّا حَضَرَ الْإِفْطَارُ، أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ، فَقَالَ : عِنْدَكِ طَعَامٌ؟ فَقَالَتْ : لَا، وَلَكِنْ أَنْطَلِقُ فَأَطْلُبُ لَكَ، وَكَانَ يَوْمَهُ يَعْمَلُ، فَغَلَبَتْهُ عَيْنُهُ، وَجَاءَتْ امْرَأَتُهُ، فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ، قَالَتْ : خَيْبَةً لَكَ.
فَلَمَّا انْتَصَفَ النَّهَارُ، غُشِيَ عَلَيْهِ فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،" فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ : # أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ لَيْلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ إِلَى نِسَائِكُمْ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ لِبَاسٌ لَهُنَّ عَلِمَ اللَّهُ أَنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ تَخْتَانُونَ أَنْفُسَكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَعَفَا عَنْكُمْ فَالآنَ بَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَابْتَغُوا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ وَلا تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنْتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ فَلا تَقْرَبُوهَا كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ سورة البقرة آية 187 #، فَفَرِحُوا بِهَا فَرَحًا شَدِيدًا، وَأَكُلُوا وَاشَرِبُوا حَتَّى تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ الْخَيْطُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنْ الْخَيْطِ الْأَسْوَدِ "

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Baraa’, he said: The companions of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, were The man was fasting and prepared to break his fast, so he slept before breaking his fast and did not eat all night or day until evening, and that Qays ibn Sarmat Al-Ansari was fasting, so when he prepared breakfast, he came to his wife and said: Do you have food? She said: No, but go, and I will seek for you. And he was working that day, and his eyes were overcome by him, and his wife came, and when she saw him, she said: A disappointment to you. When the middle of the day came, he fainted So this was mentioned to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and this verse was revealed: #It is lawful for you on the night of fasting to have sexual intercourse with your wives while they are clothed. And you are a garment for them. God knows that you used to circumcise yourselves, but He turned to you and pardoned you. So now be intimate with them. And seek what God has ordained for you, and eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread, then complete the fast until night, and do not associate with them while you are secluded in the mosques. Those are the limits of God, so do not approach them. Thus God makes clear His signs. For the people that they might fear Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 187 #, so they rejoiced over it with great joy, and they ate and drank until the white thread of the thread became clear to them. "Black"

Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1650

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، لَقَدْ جَعَلْتُ تَحْتَ وِسَادَتِي خَيْطًا أَبْيَضَ وَخَيْطًا أَسْوَدَ، فَمَا تَبَيَّنَ لِي شَيْءٌ.
قَالَ : " إِنَّكَ لَعَرِيضُ الْوِسَادِ، وَإِنَّمَاذَلِكَ اللَّيْلُ مِنْ النَّهَارِ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : # وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الأَسْوَدِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ وَلا تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنْتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ فَلا تَقْرَبُوهَا كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ سورة البقرة آية 187 # "

Abu Al-Walid told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Husayn, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Adi bin Hatim, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, I have made There was a white thread and a black thread under my pillow, but nothing became clear to me. He said: “You are very generous with the pillow, but that is the night of the day in God Almighty says: #And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread, then complete the fast until the night. If you associate with them while you are devoted to the mosques, those are the limits of God, so do not approach them. Thus God makes His signs clear to the people. Perhaps they will fear Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 187 # “

Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1651

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ :" تَسَحَّرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ : ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ.
قَالَ : قُلْتُ : كَمْ كَانَ بَيْنَ الْأَذَانِ وَالسُّحُورِ؟ قَالَ : قَدْرُ قِرَاءَةِ خَمْسِينَ آيَةً "

Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Hisham told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Anas, on the authority of Zayd bin Thabit, he said: “We had suhoor with the Messenger of God. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. He said: Then he stood up to pray. He said: I said: How long was it between the call to prayer and suhoor? He said: The amount of recitation of fifty verses.

حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُلَيٍّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، قَالَ : كَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نَصْنَعَ لَهُ الطَّعَامَ يَتَسَحَّرُ بِهِ فَلَا يُصِيبُ مِنْهُ كَثِيرًا، فَقُلْنَا : تَأْمُرُنَا بِهِ وَلَا تُصِيبُ مِنْهُ كَثِيرًا؟ قَالَ : إِنِّي لَا آمُرُكُمْ بِهِ أَنِّي أَشْتَهِيهِ، وَلَكِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ :" فَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَ صِيَامِنَا وَصِيَامِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ أَكْلَةُ السَّحَرِ "

Wahb bin Jarir told us, Musa bin Ali told us, he said: I heard my father speaking, on the authority of Abu Qais, the client of Amr bin Al-Aas, he said: Amr was Ibn Al-Aas orders us to prepare food for him so that he can use it as a suhoor, but he does not get a lot of it. قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : فِي فَرْضِ الْوَاجِبِ أَقُولُ بِهِ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يَزَالُ النَّاسُ بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْفِطْرَ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ ، عَنْ الرَّبَاب الضَّبِّيَّةِ ، عَنْ عَمِّهَا سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" إِذَا أَفْطَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ، فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى تَمْرٍ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ، فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى مَاءٍ، فَإِنَّ الْمَاءَ طَهُورٌ "

Abu Al-Numan told us, Thabit bin Yazid told us, Asim told us, on the authority of Hafsa, on the authority of Al-Rabab Al-Dhabiyya, on the authority of her uncle Salman bin Amir. أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا، كُتِبَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِهِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَا يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْوِصَالَ " مَرَّتَيْنِ.
قَالُوا : فَإِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ؟ قَالَ : " إِنِّيلَسْتُ مِثْلَكُمْ، إِنِّي أَبِيتُ يُطْعِمُنِي رَبِّي وَيَسْقِينِي "

Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abu al-Zinad, on the authority of al-Araj, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Beware of connection” twice. قِيلَ : إِنَّكَ تَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ.
قَالَ : " إِنِّيلَسْتُ كَأَحَدِكُمْ، إِنِّي أُطْعَمُ وَأُسْقَى "

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ : " لَا تُوَاصِلُوا، فَأَيُّكُمْ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُوَاصِلَ، فَلْيُوَاصِلْ إِلَى السَّحَرِ ".
قَالُوا : إِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ.
قَالَ : " إِنِّيأَبِيتُ لِي مُطْعِمٌ يُطْعِمُنِي، وَيَسْقِينِي "

Abdullah bin Salih told us, Al-Layth told me, Yazid bin Abdullah told me, on the authority of Abdullah bin Khabab, on the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri said that he heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Do not continue, for whoever of you wants to continue, let him continue until dawn.” They said: You are continuing, O Messenger of God. He said: “I will have a restaurant that will feed me and give me drink.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْوِصَالِ.
فَقَالَ لَهُ رِجَالٌ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ : فَإِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنِّيلَسْتُ مِثْلَكُمْ، إِنِّي أَبِيتُ يُطْعِمُنِي رَبِّي وَيَسْقِينِي ".
فَلَمَّا أَبَوْا أَنْ يَنْتَهُوا عَنْ الْوِصَالِ، وَاصَلَ بِهِمْ يَوْمًا ثُمَّ يَوْمًا، ثُمَّ رَأَوْا الْهِلَالَ، فَقَالَ : " لَوْ تَأَخَّرَ لَزِدْتُكُمْ "، كَالْمُنَكِّلِ لَهُمْ حِينَ أَبَوْا أَنْ يَنْتَهُوا

Abdullah bin Saleh told us, Al-Layth told me, Aqeel told me, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, Abu Salamah bin Abdul Rahman told me, Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade the connection between ties. Then some Muslim men said to him: You are continuing. Rasool said God, may God bless him and grant him peace: “I am not like you. I refuse to have my Lord feed me and give me drink.” When they refused to stop arriving, he continued with them for a day and then another day. Then they saw the crescent, so he said: “If it were delayed, I would have given you more.” Like a punishment for them when they refused to stop.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّ حَمْزَةَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو الْأَسْلَمِيَّ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ السَّفَرَ، فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي؟ قَالَ :" إِنْ شِئْتَ، فَصُمْ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ، فَأَفْطِرْ "

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِفَصَامَ وَصَامَ النَّاسُ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْكَدِيد، ثُمَّ أَفْطَرَ، فَأَفْطَرَ النَّاسُ، فَكَانُوا يَأْخُذُونَ بِالْأَحْدَثِ فَالْأَحْدَثِ مِنْ فِعْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "

Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Abdullah bin Utbah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, went out in the year of the conquest, and the people fasted until the time of death reached Al-Kadid, then he broke his fast, and the people broke their fast, and they were They take the most recent, and the most recent is from the actions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.”

أَخْبَرَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، وَأَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَسَنِ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَرَأَى زِحَامًا وَرَجُلٌ قَدْ ظُلِّلَ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ : " مَا هَذَا؟ قَالُوا : هَذَا صَائِمٌ.
فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَيْسَ مِنْ الْبِرِّ الصَّوْمُ فِي السَّفَرِ "

Hashim bin Al-Qasim and Abu Al-Walid told us, saying: Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Ansari, he said: I heard Muhammad bin Amr bin Al-Hassan narrates, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, that he mentioned that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was on a journey and saw There was a crowd and a man was shadowing him, so he said: “What is this?” They said: This is a fasting person. Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “It is not righteous to fast while traveling.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَيْسَ مِنْ الْبِرِّ الصِّيَامُ فِي السَّفَرِ "

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَيْسَ مِنْ الْبِرِّ الصِّيَامُ فِي السَّفَرِ "

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَاجِرِ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَدِمْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ، فَلَمَّا ذَهَبْتُ لِأَخْرُجَ، قَالَ : " انْتَظِرْ الْغَدَاءَ يَا أَبَا أُمَيَّةَ ".
قَالَ : فَقُلْتُ : إِنِّي صَائِمٌ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ.
فَقَالَ :" تَعَالَ أُخْبِرْكَ عَنْ الْمُسَافِرِ، إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَضَعَ عَنْهُ الصِّيَامَ، وَنِصْفَ الصَّلَاةِ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : إِنْ شَاءَ، صَامَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ، أَفْطَرَ

Abu Al-Mughirah told us, Al-Awza’i told us, on the authority of Yahya, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, on the authority of Abu Al-Muhajir, on the authority of Abu Umayyah Al-Damari, he said: I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, from a journey, and I greeted him. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، أَنَّ كُلَيْبَ بْنَ ذُهْلٍ الْحَضْرَمِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : رَكِبْتُ مَعَ أَبِي بَصْرَةَ الْغِفَارِيِّ سَفِينَةً مِنْ الْفُسْطَاطِ فِي رَمَضَانَ، فَدَفَعَ،فَقَرَّبَ غَدَاءَهُ.
ثُمَّ قَالَ : اقْتَرِبْ.
فَقُلْتُ : أَلَسْتَ تَرَى الْبُيُوتَ؟ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَصْرَةَ : " أَرَغِبْتَ عَنْ سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ "

Abdullah ibn Yazid al-Muqri narrated to us, Sa`id ibn Abi Ayyub narrated to us, Yazid ibn Abi Habib narrated to me, that Kulayb ibn Dhuhl Al-Hadrami told him, on the authority of Ubaid bin Jubayr, who said: I rode with Abu Basra Al-Ghafari on a ship from Fustat in Ramadan, so he paid, and he approached. His lunch. Then he said: Come closer. So I said: Don't you see the houses? Abu Basra said: “Did you ignore the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace?”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُطَوِّسِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ أَفْطَرَ يَوْمًا مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ رُخْصَةٍ وَلَا مَرَضٍ، فَلَا يَقْضِيَهِ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ صَامَ الدَّهْرَ "

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ : هَلَكْتُ؟ فَقَالَ : " وَمَا أَهْلَكَكَ؟ قَالَ : وَاقَعْتُ امْرَأَتِي فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، قَالَ :" فَأَعْتِقْ رَقَبَةً ".
قَالَ : لَيْسَ عِنْدِي.
قَالَ : " فَصُمْ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ ".
قَالَ : لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ.
قَالَ : " فَأَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا ".
قَالَ : لَا أَجِدُ.
قَالَ : فَأُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَقٍ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ، فَقَالَ : " أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ؟ تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا ".
فَقَالَ : أَعَلَى أَفْقَرَ مِنْ أَهْلِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ أَفْقَرَ مِنَّا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَأَنْتُمْ إِذًا " وَضَحِكَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ أَنْيَابُهُ.
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ

Suleiman bin Daoud Al-Hashimi told us, Ibrahim bin Saad told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Humaid bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Abu Hurairah He said: A man came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: Have you perished? He said: “And what destroyed you?” He said: “I had intercourse with my wife in the month of Ramadan, he said: “So free a slave.” He said: I don't have it. He said: “Then fast for two consecutive months.” He said: I cannot. He said: “Feed sixty poor people.” He said: I don't find it. He said: Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was brought a basket containing dates, and he said: “Where is the beggar? أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي بْنَ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْقَاسِمِ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبَّادَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَائِشَةَ ، تَقُولُ : إِنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّهُ احْتَرَقَ، فَسَأَلَهُ : مَا لَهُ؟ فَقَالَ :أَصَابَ أَهْلَهُ فِي رَمَضَانَ.
فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِكْتَلٍ يُدْعَى الْعَرَقَ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ، فَقَالَ : " أَيْنَ الْمُحْتَرِقُ؟ " فَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ : " تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا "

Yazid bin Harun told us, Yahya told us, meaning bin Saeed Al-Ansari, that Abdul Rahman bin Al-Qasim told him that Muhammad bin Ja`far ibn al-Zubayr told him that he heard Abbad ibn Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr, that he heard Aisha say: A man asked The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He was burned, so he asked him: What’s wrong with him? He said: He treated his family in Ramadan. Then a lump of dates was brought to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said: “Where is the burnt?” Then the man got up and said: “Give this in charity.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِامْرَأَةٍ :" لَا تَصُومِي إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَا تَصُومُ الْمَرْأَةُ يَوْمًا تَطَوُّعًا فِي غَيْرِ رَمَضَانَ، وَزَوْجُهَا شَاهِدٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ "

فَقَالَ عُرْوَةُ : أَمَا إِنَّهَا لَا تَدْعُو إِلَى خَيْرٍ

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الطَّلْحِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ" يُقَبِّلُهَا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ "

Saad bin Hafs al-Talhi told us, Shayban told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Kathir, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Omar bin Abdul Aziz, on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to “kiss her while he was fasting.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ، قَالَ : هَشِشْتُ فَقَبَّلْتُ وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ، فَجِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ : إِنِّي صَنَعْتُ الْيَوْمَ أَمْرًا عَظِيمًا :قَبَّلْتُ وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ.
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ مَضْمَضْتَ مِنْ الْمَاءِ؟ " قُلْتُ : إِذًا لَا يَضُرُّ.
قَالَ : " فَفِيمَ؟ "

Abu Al-Walid Al-Tayalisi told us, Laith bin Saad told us, on the authority of Bukayr bin Abdullah bin Al-Ashjaj, on the authority of Abdul-Malik bin Saeed Al-Ansari, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, on the authority of Omar bin Al-Khattab, he said: I was irritated, so I kissed while I was fasting, so I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Peace be upon him, so I said: Today I did a great thing: I kissed while I was fasting. He said: “What do you think if you rinse your mouth with water?” I said: Then it would not hurt. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ ، وَعَائِشَةَ أَخْبَرتَاهُ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَيُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، ثُمَّ يَصُومُ "

Abu Asim told us, Abd al-Malik told us, meaning Ibn Jurayj, Ibn Shihab told me, that Abu Bakr told him, on the authority of his father, Umm Salamah and Aisha told him that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “used to wake up in the morning with his family, then fast.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ نَسِيَ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَأَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ، فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ، فَإِنَّمَا أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ وَسَقَاهُ "

Othman bin Muhammad told us, Jarir told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said “Whoever forgets while he is fasting and eats or drinks, let him complete his fast, for God only fed him and gave him drink.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ الْجَمَّالُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَوْ شَرِبَ نَاسِيًا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ، فَلْيُتِمَّ صِيَامَهُ، فَإِنَّمَا أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ وَسَقَاهُ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : أَهْلُ الْحِجَازِ يَقُولُونَ : يَقْضِي، وَأَنَا أَقُولُ : لَا يَقْضِي

Abu Ja`far Muhammad ibn Mahran al-Jamal told us, Hatim ibn Ismail told us, on the authority of al-Harith ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Dhubab, On the authority of his uncle, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If one of you eats or drinks forgetfully while he is fasting, then He mentioned, so let him complete his fast, for God only fed him and gave him drink.” Abu Muhammad said: The people of Hijaz say: He makes up for it, and I say: He does not make up for it.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ يَعِيشَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" قَاءَ فَأَفْطَرَ ".
قَالَ : فَلَقِيتُ ثَوْبَانَ بِمَسْجِدِ دِمَشْقَ ، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ : صَدَقَ، أَنَا صَبَبْتُ لَهُ الْوَضُوءَ.
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : إِذَا اسْتَقَاءَ

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا ذَرَعَ الصَّائِمَ الْقَيْءُ وَهُوَ لَا يُرِيدُهُ، فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِذَا اسْتَقَاءَ، فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ ".
قَالَ عِيسَى : زَعَمَ أَهْلُ الْبَصْرَةِ أَنَّ هِشَامًا أَوْهَمَ فِيهِ، فَمَوْضِعُ الْخِلَافِ هَهُنَا

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ الرَّحَبِيِّ ، عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ ، قَالَ : مَرَرْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ثَمَانِ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، فَأَبْصَرَ رَجُلًا يَحْتَجِمُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ "

أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، أَنَّ أَبَا أَسْمَاءَ الرَّحَبِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ ثَوْبَانَ حَدَّثَهُ، قَالَ : بَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْشِي بِالْبَقِيعِ إِذَا رَجُلٌ يَحْتَجِمُ، فَقَالَ :" أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : أَنَا أَتَّقِي الْحِجَامَةَ فِي الصَّوْمِ فِي رَمَضَانَ

Sunan ad-Darimi # 4/1687

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ وَاصِلٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ بَشَّارِ بْنِ أَبِي سَيْفٍ ، عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ غُطَيْفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ الْجَرَّاحِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ مَا لَمْ يَخْرِقْهَا ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : يَعْنِي : بِالْغِيبَةِ
