Ali bin Abdul Hamid told us, Sulaiman bin Al-Mughirah told us, on the authority of Thabit, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, he said: “When We were forbidden from starting with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. We liked it when the Bedouin and the sane Bedouin came forward and asked the Prophet. While we were with him, while we were there, a Bedouin came and knelt before the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: O Muhammad, your messenger came to us and claimed to us. Do you claim that God sent you? So the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He said: He spoke the truth. He said: By the One who raised the sky, spread out the earth, and set up the mountains, has God sent you? Then the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Yes. He said: Your Messenger claimed to us that you claim that we are obligated to perform five prayers per day and night? So the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Peace and blessings of God be upon him: He spoke the truth. He said: By the One who sent you, did God command you to do this? Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Yes. He said: Your messenger claimed to us You claim that we have to fast for one month in the year? Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He is right. He said: So by that He sent you. Did God command you to do this? He said: Yes. He said: Your messenger claimed to us that you claim that we must pay zakat on our wealth? He said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless him and grant him peace: He spoke the truth. He said: By the One who sent you, has God commanded you to do this? Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Yes, he said: Your messenger claimed to us that you claim that we are obligated to perform Hajj to the House, whoever can find a way to it? So the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: He said: He spoke the truth. He said: By the one whom God has sent you has commanded you to do this? The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Yes. He said: By the One who sent you with the truth, I will not leave any of them, nor will I pass over them. He said: Then the Bedouins jumped up, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: If he is telling the truth. The Bedouin entered Paradise.”

Muhammad bin Yazid told us, Ibn Fudayl told us, Ata bin Al-Sa’ib told us, on the authority of Salim bin Abi Al-Ja’d, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him. God said on their behalf, he said: “A Bedouin came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: Peace be upon you, O boy of Banu Abdul Muttalib, and he said: And upon you, he said: I am a man from your maternal uncles from Banu Saad bin Bakr, and I am the messenger of my people to you and their arrival, and I am asking you, so I will ask you. My request to you, and my appeal to you, so he emphasized my appeal to you. He said: Take it from you, brother of Banu Sa’d. He said: Who created you, and created those before you, and who He Creator of those after you? He said: God. He said: So I urged you to do that. Did He send you? He said: Yes. He said: Who created the seven heavens and the seven earths? And He brought sustenance between them? He said: God. He said: So I urged you to do that. Did He send you? He said: Yes. He said: We found it in your book. Your messengers commanded us to pray five prayers today and night at their appointed times, so I urged you to do so. Is that your command? He said: Yes. He said: For we found in your book, and your messengers commanded us to take from our wealth and return it to our poor, so I urged you to do so. Is it Did he command you to do that? He said: Yes, then he said: As for the fifth, I will not ask you about it, and I have no doubt about it. Then he said: By the One who sent you With the truth, I will do it and whoever of my people obeys me. Then he returned, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, laughed until his molars became visible, then he said: “By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, if he speaks the truth, they will certainly enter Paradise.”

Muhammad bin Humayd told us, Salamah told us, Muhammad bin Ishaq told me, Salamah bin Kuhail told me, and Muhammad bin Al-Walid bin Nuwaifi’ told me On the authority of Kurayb, the freed slave of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: Banu Saad bin Bakr sent Dammam bin Tha’labah, may God be pleased with them. On his authority, he went to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he came to him, and he leaned his camel at the door of the mosque, then tedled it, then he and the Messenger of God entered the mosque. God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was sitting among his companions, and Dhamam was a skinned man, hairy, with two glands, until he stood on The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said: Which of you is Ibn Abd al-Muttalib? Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “I am Ibn Abd al-Muttalib.” Al-Muttalib, he said: Muhammad? He said: Yes, he said: O Ibn Abdul-Muttalib, I am asking you and exaggerating in the question, so do not find it difficult. Yourself. He said: I do not find it within myself. So ask what seemed to you. He said: I adjure you by God, your God, and the God of the one who was before you, and the God of Who is there after you? Has God sent you to us as a messenger? He said: Oh God, yes. He said: So I adjure you by God, your God and the God of those who were before you. And whose God is he? An existence after you. God has commanded you that we worship Him alone, not associating anything with Him, and that we cast off these equals that were our fathers. Do you worship it instead of Him? He said: Oh God, yes. He said: So I adjure you by God, your God, and the God of those who were before you, and whose God exists. After you, God commanded you to Do we pray these five prayers? He said: Oh God, yes. He said: Then he started mentioning the duties of Islam, one of them obligatory: zakat, fasting, and Hajj. And all the laws of Islam, and he appealed to him at every obligatory prayer just as he appealed to him at the one before it, until when he had finished, he said: Then I I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, and I will perform this obligation and avoid what you have forbidden me. Then he said: I will neither add nor subtract. Then he departed to his camel, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said when he left: If a man speaks the truth. He will enter Paradise, then he will go to his camel and loose its reins, then he will go out and come to his people, and they will gather to him, and he will be the first to come to him. He spoke and said: Miserable are Al-Lat and Al-Uzza. They said: Oh Damam, beware of leprosy, beware of madness, and beware of leprosy. He said: Woe to you. By God, they will not harm you nor will they benefit. Indeed, God has sent a messenger and sent down to him a book with which He saved you from the state you were in. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, and I have come to you from Him with what He commanded you and forbade you. He said: By God, not the evening of that day was there a man present, nor a woman, except a Muslim. He said: Ibn Abbas says: We did not hear “By coming from a people, he was better than Dimam bin Tha’labah.”

Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Aban told us, he is the son of Yazid, Yahya bin Abi Kathir told us, on the authority of Zaid, on the authority of Abu Salam, On the authority of Abu Malik Al-Ash’ari, may God be pleased with him, he said: “Purity is half of faith, and praise be to God fills the scale, and there is no god but God and God The greatest thing that fills what is between the heavens and the earth, and prayer is light, charity is proof, ablution is radiance, and the Qur’an is a proof for you or against you. And every person becomes: the seller of his soul, the one who frees it, or the one who sets it free.”

Sa'id bin Amir told us, on the authority of Shu'bah, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Jari al-Nahdi, on the authority of a man from Banu Sulaym, who said: The Messenger of God made a contract with them. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in my hand, or he said: holding them in his hand and his hand in my hand: “Glory be to God, half of the scale is filled, and praise be to God it fills.” The scale, and God is Great, fills what is between the sky and the earth, and ablution is half of faith, and fasting is half of patience.”
