Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2023

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ :" أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ بِإِيلْيَاءَ بِقَدَحَيْنِ مِنْ خَمْرٍ وَلَبَنٍ، فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِمَا ثُمَّ أَخَذَ اللَّبَنَ، فَقَالَ جِبْرِيلُ : الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَاكَ لِلْفِطْرَةِ، لَوْ أَخَذْتَ الْخَمْرَ، غَوَتْ أُمَّتُكَ "

Al-Hakam bin Nafi’ told us, Shuaib told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, he said: Sa’id bin Al-Musayyab told me that he heard Abu Hurairah say “The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was brought on the night of his captivity in Illiya’ with two cups of wine and milk. He looked at them, then took Milk, and Gabriel said: Praise be to God who has guided you to righteousness. If you had taken alcohol, your nation would have gone astray.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ سَاقِيَ الْقَوْمِ فِي مَنْزِلِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، قَالَ : فَنَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ، قَالَ : فَأَمَرَ مُنَادِيًا فَنَادَى، فَقَالَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ : اخْرُجْ فَانْظُرْ مَا هَذَا.
قَالَ : فَخَرَجْتُ فَقُلْتُ : هَذَا مُنَادٍ يُنَادِي : " أَلَا إِنَّالْخَمْرَ قَدْ حُرِّمَتْ ".
فَقَالَ لِيَ : اذْهَبْ فَأَهْرِقْهَا، قَالَ : فَجَرَتْ فِي سِكَكِ الْمَدِينَةِ .
قَالَ : وَكَانَتْ خَمْرُهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْفَضِيخَ.
فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ : قُتِلَ قَوْمٌ وَهِيَ فِي بُطُونِهِمْ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ G : # لَيْسَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا طَعِمُوا إِذَا مَا اتَّقَوْا وَآمَنُوا سورة المائدة آية 93 #

Abu Al-Numan told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, Thabit told us, on the authority of Anas, he said: I was the people’s cupbearer in Abu Talha’s house, he said Then the prohibition of alcohol was revealed. He said: So he ordered a caller to call out, and Abu Talha said: Go out and see what this is. He said: So I went out and said: This is a caller. He calls out: “Indeed, wine has been forbidden.” So he said to me: Go and burn it. He said: It was poured out in the streets of the city. He said: Their wine on that day was abundant. Then some of the people said: A people were killed while it was in their bellies, so God revealed the G: #There is no blame on those who believe and do righteous deeds regarding They will be blessed when they fear and believe. Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2025

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا، حُرِمَهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ فَلَمْ يُسْقَهَا "

Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever drinks He consumed wine in this world and then did not repent from it. He was forbidden to drink it in the Hereafter and did not give it to drink.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ ، قَالَ : دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ فِي حَائِطٍ لَهُ بِالطَّائِفِ ، يُقَالُ لَهُ : الْوَهْطُ ، فَإِذَا هُوَ مُخَاصِرٌ فَتًى مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ يُزَنُّ ذَلِكَ الْفَتَى بِشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ، فَقُلْتُ : خِصَالٌ بَلَغَتْنِي عَنْكَ أَنَّكَ تُحَدِّثُ بِهَا، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ : مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ شَرْبَةً، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا، فَلَمَّا أَنْ سَمِعَهُ الْفَتَى بِذِكُرُ الْخَمْرَ، اخْتَلَجَ يَدَهُ مِنْ يَدِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ثُمَّ وَلَّى.
فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي لَا أُحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَقُولَ عَلَيَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ، وَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ شَرْبَةً، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا، فَإِنْ تَابَ، تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَلَا أَدْرِي فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَمْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ : كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ رَدْغَةِ الْخَبَالِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ "

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, on the authority of Al-Awza’i, he said: Rabi’ah bin Yazid told me, on the authority of Abdullah bin Al-Dailami, he said: I entered upon Abdul Allah ibn Amr ibn al-Aas is in a compound of his in Taif, and it is called: Al-Waht. Then, behold, he is a quarrel with a young man from Quraysh. He is committing adultery with that young man by drinking. Alcohol, so I said: Characteristics that I learned from you that you are talking about, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, that: Whoever drinks alcohol in a pinch, His prayer was not accepted for forty mornings, so when the boy heard him mentioning alcohol, he shook his hand from Abdullah’s hand, and then he left. Abdullah said: Oh God, I do not make it permissible for anyone to say against me what I did not say, and I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Who He drank alcohol to a large extent, and his forty morning prayer was not accepted for him. If he repents, God will repent to him. I do not know whether or not on the third day. On the fourth: It was God’s duty to give him a drink of the scum of vinegar on the Day of Resurrection.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2027

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ، فَلَا يَقْعُدْ عَلَى مَائِدَةٍ يُشْرَبُ عَلَيْهَا الْخَمْرُ "

Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Al-Hasan bin Abi Jaafar told us, Abu Al-Zubair told us, on the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said Peace and blessings of God be upon him: “Whoever believes in God and the Last Day should not sit at a table where alcohol is drunk.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2028

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ جَابَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ، قَالَ :" لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَدُ زِنْيَةٍ، وَلَا مَنَّانٌ، وَلَا عَاقٌّ، وَلَا مُدْمِنُ خَمْرٍ "

Muhammad bin Kathir Al-Basri told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Salim bin Abi Al-Jaad, on the authority of Jaban, on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Amr, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “No child of adultery, nor one who is immoral, nor one who is disobedient, nor one who is addicted to alcohol will enter Paradise.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ نُبَيْطِ بْنِ شَرِيطٍ ، عَنْ جَابَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ عَاقٌّ، وَلَا مَنَّانٌ، وَلَا مُدْمِنُ خَمْرٍ "

Ahmad bin Al-Hajjaj narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Salim bin Abi al-Ja’d, On the authority of Nabit ibn Sharayt, on the authority of Jaban, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Amr, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “No disobedient person will enter Paradise, nor "Mannan, nor addicted to alcohol."

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2030

أَخْبَرَنَا سُهَلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنَ وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَائِلٍ ، أَنَّ سُوَيْدَ بْنَ طَارِقٍ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْخَمْرِ، فَنَهَاهُ عَنْهَا أَنْ يَصْنَعَهَا، فَقَالَ : إِنَّهَا دَوَاءٌ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّهَالَيْسَتْ دَوَاءً وَلَكِنَّهَا دَاءٌ "

Sahl bin Hammad told us, Shu’bah told us, Sammak told us, he said: I heard Alqamah bin Wa’il speaking, on the authority of his father Wael, that Suwayd bin Tariq asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, about alcohol, and he forbade him from making it, so he said: It is a medicine, so the Messenger of God said God, may God bless him and grant him peace: “It is not a cure, but it is a disease.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2031

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا كَثِيرٍ يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ :" الْخَمْرُ مِنْ هَاتَيْنِ الشَّجَرَتَيْنِ : النَّخْلَةِ وَالْعِنَبِ "

Abu Al-Mughirah told us, on the authority of Al-Awza’i, he said: I heard Abu Kathir saying: I heard Abu Hurairah saying: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Wine comes from these two trees: the palm tree and the grape.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2032

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنْ الْبِتْعِ، قَالَ :" كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ حَرَامٌ "

Ubayd Allah bin Abdul Majeed told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Aisha, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace He, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about intoxication. He said: “Every drink that intoxicates is forbidden.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَا وَمُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ ، فَقَالَ :" اشْرَبُوا، وَلَا تَشْرَبُوا مُسْكِرًا، فَإِنَّ كُلَّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ "

Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Burdah ibn Abi Musa, on the authority of his father, he said: A messenger sent me May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Me and Muadh bin Jabal went to Yemen. He said: “Drink, but do not drink any intoxicant, for every intoxicant is forbidden.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْ قَلِيلِ مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ "

Abdullah bin Saeed told us, Abu Usama told us, Al-Walid bin Kathir bin Sinan told us, Al-Dahhak bin Uthman told me, on the authority of Bukayr Ibn Abdullah Ibn Al-Ashjaj, on the authority of Aamir Ibn Saad, on the authority of Saad, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “He forbade you from A little of it makes a lot of it intoxicating.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2035

حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَهْبٍ الْكَلَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ : " إِنَّأَوَّلَ مَا يُكْفَأُ قَالَ زَيْدٌ : يَعْنِي : فِي الْإِسْلَامَ كَمَا يُكْفَأُ الْإِنَاءُ يَعْنِي : الْخَمْرِ "، فَقِيلَ : كَيْفَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَقَدْ بَيَّنَ اللَّهُ فِيهَا مَا بَيَّنَ؟ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يُسَمُّونَهَا بِغَيْرِ اسْمِهَا فَيَسْتَحِلُّونَهَا "

Zaid bin Yahya told us, Muhammad bin Rashid told us, on the authority of Abu Wahb Al-Kala’i, on the authority of Al-Qasim bin Muhammad, on the authority of Aisha, she said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Indeed, the first thing that is rewarded.” Zaid said: meaning: in Islam, just as a vessel is rewarded, meaning: “Wine,” and it was said: “How, O Messenger of God, when God has made clear about it what He has made clear?” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “They call it by a name other than its name.” So they make it lawful.”

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2036

أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ الْجَرَّاحِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أَوَّلُ دِينِكُمْ نُبُوَّةٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ، ثُمَّ مُلْكٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ، ثُمَّ مُلْكٌ أَعْفَرُ، ثُمَّ مُلْكٌ وَجَبَرُوتٌ يُسْتَحَلُّ فِيهَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْحَرِيرُ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : سُئِلَ عَنْ أَعْفَرَ، فَقَالَ : يُشَبِّهِهُ بِالتُّرَابِ وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ خَيْرٌ

Marwan bin Muhammad told us, Yahya bin Hamza told us, Abu Wahb told me, on the authority of Makhul, on the authority of Abu Thalabah Al-Khushani, On the authority of Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The beginning of your religion was prophecy and mercy, then kingdom and mercy, then A king “A’far, then there is kingship and tyranny in which wine and silk are made lawful.” Abu Muhammad said: He was asked about A’far, and he said: He likens him to dust and there is nothing good in him.

أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا طُعْمَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ بَيَانٍ التَّغْلِبِيُّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" مَنْ بَاعَ الْخَمْرَ، فَلْيُشَقِّصْ الْخَنَازِيرَ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : إِنَّمَا هُوَ عُمَرُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2038

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَعْلَةَ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْخَمْرِ، فَقَالَ : كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدِيقٌ مِنْ ثَقِيفٍ أَوْ مِنْ دَوْسٍ ، فَلَقِيَهُ بِمَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ بِرَاوِيَةٍ مِنْ خَمْرٍ يُهْدِيهَا لَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا فُلَانُ، أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى قَدْ حَرَّمَهَا؟ " قَالَ : فَأَقْبَلَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى غُلَامِهِ، فَقَالَ : اذْهَبْ فَبِعْهَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " بِمَاذَا أَمَرْتَهُ يَا فُلَانُ؟ " قَالَ : أَمَرْتُهُ بِبَيْعِهَا.
فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّالَّذِي حَرَّمَ شُرْبَهَا، حَرَّمَ بَيْعَهَا ".

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي : ابْنَ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : بَلَغَ عُمَرَ أَنَّ سَمُرَةَ بَاعَ خَمْرًا، فَقَالَ : قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ سَمُرَةَ، أَمَا عَلِمَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْيَهُودَ، حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ الشُّحُومُ فَجَمَلُوهَا، فَبَاعُوهَا ".
قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : جَمَلُوهَا : أَذَابُوهَا

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو السَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْهُمْ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّا قَدْ خَرَجْنَا مِنْ حَيْثُ عَلِمْتَ، وَنَزَلْنَا بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَيْ مَنْ قَدْ عَلِمْتَ، فَمَنْ وَلِيُّنَا؟ قَالَ : " اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ".
قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّا كُنَّا أَصْحَابَ كَرْمٍ وَخَمْرٍ، وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ حَرَّمَ الْخَمْرَ، فَمَا نَصْنَعُ بِالْكَرْمِ؟ قَالَ : " اصْنَعُوهُ زَبِيبًا ".
قَالُوا : فَمَا نَصْنَعُ بِالزَّبِيبِ؟ قَالَ :" انْقَعُوهُ فِي الشِّنَانِ، انْقَعُوهُ عَلَى غَدَائِكُمْ، وَاشْرَبُوهُ عَلَى عَشَائِكُمْ، وَانْقَعُوهُ عَلَى عَشَائِكُمْ، وَاشْرَبُوهُ عَلَى غَدَائِكُمْ، فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا أَتَى عَلَيْهِ الْعَصْرَانِ، كَانَ حِلًّا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَكُونَ خَمْرًا "

فَلَقِيتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِقَوْلِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، فَقَالَ : صَدَقَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ

قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ؟ قَالَ : مَا أُحَدِّثُكَ إِلَّا مَا سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَدَأَ بِالِاسْمِ أَوْ بِالرِّسَالَةِ ، قَالَ : فَقَالَ :" نَهَى عَنْ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ "

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ السُّدِّيِّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ فِي حِجْرِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ يَتَامَى، فَاشْتَرَى لَهُمْ خَمْرًا، فَلَمَّا نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ، أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ :أَجْعَلُهُ خَلًّا؟ قَالَ : " لَا "، فَأَهْرَاقَهُ

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَزْرَةُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ ثُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ : كَانَ أَنَسٌ يَتَنَفَّسُ فِي الْإِنَاءِ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا، وَزَعَمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ" يَتَنَفَّسُ فِي الْإِنَاءِ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا "

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ عِيسَى ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ مَرْوَانَ فَجَاءَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ : قَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي لَا أَرْوَى مِنْ نَفَسٍ وَاحِدٍ؟ قَالَ :" فَأَبِنْ الْإِنَاءَ عَنْ فِيكَ، ثُمَّ تَنَفَّسْ ".
قَالَ : إِنِّي أَرَى الْقَذَاةَ؟ قَالَ : " أَهْرِقْهُ "

Sunan ad-Darimi # 9/2059

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" إِذَا بَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ، فَلَا يَمَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ، وَلَا يَسْتَنْجِي بِيَمِينِهِ، وَلَا يَتَنَفَّسْ فِي الْإِنَاءِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : أَتَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ يَعُودُهُ، وَجَدْوَلٌ يَجْرِي، فَقَالَ :" إِنْ كَانَ عِنْدَكُمْ مَاءٌ بَاتَ فِي الشَّنِّ، وَإِلَّا كَرَعْنَا "

حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ ، عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ ابْنِ ابْنَةِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" شَرِبَ مِنْ فَمِ قِرْبَةٍ قَائِمًا "

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُدَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَزَرِيِّ : يَزِيدَ بْنِ عُطَارِدَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّانَشْرَبُ وَنَحْنُ قِيَامٌ، وَنَأْكُلُ وَنَحْنُ نَسْعَى عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، نَحْوَهُ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ الشُّرْبِ قَائِمًا ".
قَالَ : وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ الْأَكْلِ، فَقَالَ : " ذَاكَ أَخْبَثُ "

Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Hammam told us, Qatada told us, on the authority of Anas, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade drinking “Standing.” He said: I asked him about food, and he said: “That is more vile.”

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي زِيَادٍ الطَّحَّانِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ رَآهُ يَشْرَبُ قَائِمًا : " قِئْ ".
قَالَ : لِمَ؟ قَالَ : " أَتُحِبُّ أَنْ تَشْرَبَ مَعَ الْهِرِّ؟ " قَالَ : لَا، قَالَ : " فَقَدْشَرِبَ مَعَكَ شَرٌّ مِنْهُ، الشَّيْطَانُ "

Sa'id bin Al-Rabi' told us, Shu'bah told us, on the authority of Abu Ziyad Al-Tahan, he said: I heard Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, He said to a man he saw standing while drinking: “Vomit.” He said: Why? أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" الَّذِي يَشْرَبُ فِي آنِيَةٍ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، فَإِنَّمَا يُجَرْجِرُ فِي بَطْنِهِ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ "

Ahmad bin Yunus told us, Laith bin Saad told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Zayd bin Abdullah bin Omar, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abdul Al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr, on the authority of Umm Salamah, that she told him that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one who drinks from a vessel of Silver, for it only causes the fire of Hell to rage in his belly.”

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، قَالَ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ حُذَيْفَةَ إِلَى الْمَدَائِنِ فَاسْتَسْقَى، فَأَتَاهُ دِهْقَانٌ بِإِنَاءٍ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، فَرَمَى بِهِ وَجْهَهُ، فَقُلْنَا : اسْكُتُوا، فَإِنَّا إِنْ سَأَلْنَاهُ لَمْ يُحَدِّثْنَا، فَلَمَّا كَانَ بَعْدُ، قَالَ : أَتَدْرُونَ لِمَ رَمَيْتُهُ؟ قُلْنَا : لَا، قَالَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُهُ، وَذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُنَهَى عَنْ الشُّرْبِ فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ، وَعَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ وَالدِّيبَاجِ، وَقَالَ : " هُمَا لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا، وَلَكُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ "

Othman bin Omar told us, Ibn Aoun told us, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila, he said: We went out with Hudhayfah to Al-Mada'in asked for water, and Dihqan brought him a silver vessel, and he threw it on his face. We said: No. He said that I had forbidden it, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, mentioned that he had forbidden drinking from vessels of gold and silver, and wearing Silk and brocade, and he said: “They are for them in this world, and for you in the Hereafter.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَبَنٍ، فَقَالَ :" أَلَا خَمَّرْتَهُ وَلَوْ تَعْرِضُ عَلَيْهِ عُودًا؟ "

Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, Jabir told me, he said: Abu Humayd al-Sa’idi told me, he said: I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, with milk, and he said: “Didn’t you leaven it even if you offered it a stick?”

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَبِتَغْطِيَةِ الْوَضُوءِ، وَإِيكَاءِ السِّقَاءِ، وَإِكْفَاءِ الْإِنَاءِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى الْجُهَنِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ مَرْوَانُ لِأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيّ : هَلْ سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَيَنْهَى عَنْ النَّفْخِ فِي الشَّرَابِ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ "

Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Ayyub bin Habib, on the authority of Abu Al-Muthanna Al-Juhani, he said: Marwan said to Abu Saeed Al-Khudri: Did you hear the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbidding blowing on a drink? He said: “Yes.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ النَّفْخِ فِي الشَّرَابِ "

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" سَاقِي الْقَوْمِ آخِرُهُمْ شُرْبًا "

Affan bin Muslim narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah, and Sulaiman bin Al-Mughirah narrated to us, on the authority of Thabit, on the authority of Abdullah bin Rabah, on the authority of Abi Qatada said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one who gives a drink to a people will be the last of them to drink.”
