أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْحَائِضِ فِي عُنُقِهَا التَّعْوِيذُ أَوْ الْكِتَابُ، قَالَ :" إِنْ كَانَ فِي أَدِيمٍ، فَلْتَنْزِعْهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فِي قَصَبَةٍ مُصَاغَةٍ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، فَلَا بَأْسَ، إِنْ شَاءَتْ، وَضَعَتْ، وَإِنْ شَاءَتْ، لَمْ تَفْعَلْ "، قِيلَ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ
Ya’la bin Ubaid told us, Abdul Malik told us, on the authority of Ata’, regarding a menstruating woman wearing an amulet or a book around her neck. He said: “If If it is on skin, then let her remove it, but if it is on a reed made of silver, then there is no problem. If she wishes, she can put it, but if she wishes, she may not do it.” It was said. For a servant God: You say this? He said: Yes
