أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى ، عَنْ عِيسَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعِنْدَهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، فَأَخَذَ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَانْتَزَعَهَا مِنْهُ، وَقَالَ : " أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهُلَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ "
Al-Aswad bin Amir told us, Zuhayr told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Isa, on the authority of Isa, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila, on the authority of Abu Laila, he said: I was with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and Al-Hasan bin Ali was with him, so he took one of the dates of charity and extracted it. From him, and he said: “Did you not know that it is not permissible for us to give charity?”
