حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ خَطَبَ إِلَى أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ وَهُوَ أَمِيرُ الْمَوْسِمِ ، فَقَالَ أَبَانُ : لَا أُرَاهُ إِلا عِرَاقِيًّا جَافِيًا، " إِنَّالْمُحْرِمَ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا بِذَلِكَ عُثْمَانُ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ
Suleiman bin Harb narrated to us, Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Nabih bin Wahb: that a man from the Quraysh addressed to Aban bin Othman, who is the prince of the season. Aban said: I do not see him as anything but an Iraqi who is arrogant. “Indeed, a muhrim cannot marry or be given in marriage.” He told us With that, Othman, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Abu Muhammad was asked: Do you say this? He said: Yes
