أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ رَبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ : أَنَّهُمْ سَارُوا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى بَلَغُوا عُسْفَانَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي مُدْلِجٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ سُرَاقَةَ أَوْ سُرَاقَةُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ : اقْضِ لَنَا قَضَاءَ قَوْمٍ وُلِدُوا الْيَوْمَ.
قَالَ : " إِنَّاللَّهَ قَدْ أَدْخَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي حَجِّكُمْ هَذَا عُمْرَةً، فَإِذَا أَنْتُمْ قَدِمْتُمْ فَمَنْ تَطَوَّفَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ إِلَّا مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ "
Ja`far bin Aoun told us, Abd al-Aziz bin Omar bin Abd al-Aziz told us, on the authority of Rabi` bin Sabra, that his father told him: They walked with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, until they reached Usfan, and a man from Banu Mudlij called Malik bin Suraqa or Suraqa bin Malik: Perform for us the justice of a people who were born today. He said: “Indeed, God has entered upon you during this Hajj of Umrah, so when you come, whoever circumambulates the Kaaba and Safa and Marwah will It is permissible except for one who has a sacrificial animal with him.”
