حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قالَ : قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دِيَتَهُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا فَذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُ : # يَحْلِفُونَ بِاللَّهِ مَا قَالُوا وَلَقَدْ قَالُوا كَلِمَةَ الْكُفْرِ وَكَفَرُوا بَعْدَ إِسْلامِهِمْ وَهَمُّوا بِمَا لَمْ يَنَالُوا وَمَا نَقَمُوا إِلا أَنْ أَغْنَاهُمُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ سورة التوبة آية 74 # بِأَخْذِهِمُ الدِّيَةَ "
Muadh bin Hani told us, Muhammad bin Muslim told us, Amr bin Dinar told us, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: A man was killed A man at the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.” So the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, made his blood money twelve thousand, and that was His saying: # They swear by God that they did not say, but they did utter the word of disbelief, and they disbelieved after their conversion to Islam, and they were anxious about what they did not obtain, and they were not displeased except that God and His Messenger enriched them out of His bounty, Surat Al-Tawbah, Verse 74 # by taking the blood money from them.”
