حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ "
Muslim bin Ibrahim narrated to us, Aban bin Yazid narrated to us, Qatada narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Uqba bin Amir: That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “The custody of a slave is for three days.”
