أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يُسْلِفُونَ فِي الثِّمَارِ فِي سَنَتَيْنِ وَثَلَاثٍ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أسْلِّفُوا فِي الثِّمَارِ : فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ ".
وَقَدْ كَانَ سُفْيَانُ يَذْكُرُهُ زَمَانًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ، ثُمَّ شَكَّكَهُ عَبَّادُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Najih, on the authority of Abdullah bin Kathir, on the authority of Abu Al-Minhal, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to Medina and they were putting in advance the fruits for two and three years, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said May God bless him and grant him peace: “Advance fruits in advance: in a specified measure and specified weight.” Sufyan used to mention it for a certain period of time, and then Abbad bin Kathir cast doubt on it.
