أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" السَّفَرُ قِطْعَةٌ مِنْ الْعَذَابِ يَمْنَعُ أَحَدَكُمْ نَوْمَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ، فَإِذَا قَضَى أَحَدُكُمْ نَهْمَتَهُ مِنْ وَجْهِهِ فَلْيُعَجِّلْ الرَّجْعَةَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ "
Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Sumayy, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He said: “Travelling is a piece of torment that deprives one of you of his sleep, food, and drink. So if one of you fulfills his hunger, let him hasten it.” "Return to his family"
