Hadith #26232
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، وَهَنَّادٌ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ وُضُوءَ إِلاَّ مِنْ صَوْتٍ أَوْ رِيحٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Qutaibah and Hanad narrated to us, they said, Waki’ narrated to us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Suhail bin Abi Salih, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
“There is no ablution except from sound or wind.” Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
