حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَصِينٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ لَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رضى الله عَنْهُ إِنَّ الرُّكَبَ سُنَّتْ لَكُمْ فَخُذُوا بِالرُّكَبِ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ وَأَنَسٍ وَأَبِي حُمَيْدٍ وَأَبِي أُسَيْدٍ وَسَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ وَأَبِي مَسْعُودٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَالتَّابِعِينَ وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ لاَ اخْتِلاَفَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي ذَلِكَ إِلاَّ مَا رُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَبَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يُطَبِّقُونَ . وَالتَّطْبِيقُ مَنْسُوخٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ .
Ahmad bin Mani’ told us, Abu Bakr bin Ayyash told us, Abu Husayn told us, on the authority of Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, he said Omar told us Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, said that the knees have been prescribed for you, so take the knees. He said, and in the chapter on the authority of Saad, Anas, Abu Humayd, and Abu Usayd. Sahl bin Saad, Muhammad bin Maslamah, and Abi Masoud. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Omar is a good and authentic hadith. This should be acted upon when People of knowledge among the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the Followers and those after them. There is no difference between them in this matter except what was narrated on the authority of Ibn Masoud. Some of its companions said that they used to apply it, and the application has been abrogated among the people of knowledge.
