حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَخَّصَ لِلْجُنُبِ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يَشْرَبَ أَوْ يَنَامَ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلاَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Hanad narrated to us, Qabisah narrated to us, on the authority of Hammad bin Salamah, on the authority of Ata’ Al-Khurasani, on the authority of Yahya bin Yamar, on the authority of Ammar, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace He permitted the one who is in a state of impurity, if he wants to eat, drink, or sleep, to perform ablution as he should for prayer.
