I asked him about that, and he said, “There is no problem with it in terms of the value.” Abu Issa said, “This is a hadith that we do not know of as a chain of transmission except from the hadith of Samak bin Harb, on the authority of Sa’id bin Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Umar. And he narrated: Dawud bin Abi Hind This hadith on the authority of Saeed bin Jubayr on the authority of Ibn Omar is authentic. This is acted upon according to some people of knowledge. There is no harm in extracting gold from paper and paper from gold. This is the view of Ahmad and Ishaq.
