Abu Kurayb narrated to us, Waki’ narrated to us, on the authority of Ali bin Salih, on the authority of Salamah bin Kuhayl, on the authority of Abu Salama, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said he borrowed The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave him a tooth better than his own and said, “The best of you are the most compassionate in judgment.” He said, and on the authority of Ubayy. Rafi’. Abu Issa said the hadith of Abu Hurairah is a hasan authentic hadith. It was narrated by Shu’bah and Sufyan on the authority of Salamah. And work on This is according to some people of knowledge. They did not see any harm in borrowing the tooth from camels. This is the view of Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. He disliked it.
