حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلاَّلُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْمُزَنِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلاَّ صُلْحًا حَرَّمَ حَلاَلاً أَوْ أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا وَالْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ إِلاَّ شَرْطًا حَرَّمَ حَلاَلاً أَوْ أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Al-Hasan bin Ali Al-Khallal narrated to us, Abu Amir Al-Aqdi narrated to us, Kathir bin Abdullah bin Amr bin Awf Al-Muzani narrated to us, on the authority of His father, on the authority of his grandfather, said that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Reconciliation is permissible between Muslims, except for a reconciliation that prohibits what is permissible or permits.” forbidden, and the Muslims adhere to their conditions, except for a condition that makes forbidden what is permissible or makes permissible forbidden.” Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
