حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا أَوْ يَزْرَعُ زَرْعًا فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ أَوْ طَيْرٌ أَوْ بَهِيمَةٌ إِلاَّ كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَجَابِرٍ وَأُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Qutaibah narrated to us, Abu Awanah narrated to us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Anas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said, “No Muslim plants a tree or cultivates And if a person, bird, or animal eats from it, it is charity for him.” He said, and on the authority of Abu Ayyub, Jabir, and Umm. Mubashir and Zaid bin Khalid. Abu Issa said the hadith of Anas is a good and authentic hadith.
