Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #27700

Abu Kurayb told us, Al-Muharbi told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Husayn, on the authority of Hilal bin Yasaf, on the authority of Suwayd bin Muqrin Al-Muzani, he said: I saw that we had seven brothers, and we had no servant except one, and one of us slapped her, so the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, commanded us to free her. The Most Gracious, and some of them were mentioned in the hadith. He said, “He slapped her on the face.”
