حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَكَّةَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَرُكَانَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Muhammad bin Bashar told us, Abd al-Rahman bin Mahdi told us, on the authority of Hammad bin Salamah, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, who said the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, entered Mecca on the day of the conquest, wearing a black turban. He said, on the authority of Ali, Amr bin Harith, and Ibn Abbas. And Rukanah. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Jabir is a good and authentic hadith.
