Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28047

Ishaq bin Mansour narrated to us, Abd al-Samad bin Abd al-Warith narrated to us, Hisham al-Dastawai narrated to us, on the authority of Yahya bin Abi Kathir, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Qatada, on the authority of his father, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “If one of you drinks, he should not breathe into the vessel.” Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
