حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، يَحْيَى بْنُ دُرُسْتَ الْبَصْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَمَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَمَاتَ وَهُوَ يُدْمِنُهَا لَمْ يَشْرَبْهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَعُبَادَةَ وَأَبِي مَالِكٍ الأَشْعَرِيِّ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَرَوَاهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مَوْقُوفًا فَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ .
Abu Zakaria narrated to us, Yahya bin Durst Al-Basri narrated to us, Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger said: God, may God bless him and grant him peace, “Every intoxicant is alcohol, and every intoxicant is forbidden, and whoever drinks alcohol in this world and dies while addicted to it, he did not drink it in this world.” “The Hereafter.” He said, “And on the authority of Abu Hurairah, Abu Sa’id, Abdullah bin Amr, Ibn Abbas, Ubadah, and Abu Malik Al-Ash’ari.” Abu Issa said: The hadith of Ibn Umar is a hasan and authentic hadith, and it was narrated through more than one authority, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. It was narrated by Malik bin Anas on the authority of Nafi’ on the authority of Ibn Umar in a chain of transmission, but he did not narrate it.
