حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ زَرْبِيٍّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ جَاءَ شَيْخٌ يُرِيدُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَبْطَأَ الْقَوْمُ عَنْهُ أَنْ يُوَسِّعُوا لَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْ صَغِيرَنَا وَيُوَقِّرْ كَبِيرَنَا " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي أُمَامَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَزَرْبِيٌّ لَهُ أَحَادِيثُ مَنَاكِيرُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَغَيْرِهِ .
Muhammad bin Marzuq Al-Basri told us, Ubaid bin Waqid told us, on the authority of Zarbi, he said: I heard Anas bin Malik say, “A sheikh came looking for the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.” So the people were slow to make amends for him, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “He who does not have mercy on our young is not one of us.” And he honors our eldest.” He said, and on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, Abu Hurairah, Ibn Abbas, and Abu Umamah. Abu Issa said This is a strange hadith. Zarbi has objectionable hadiths on the authority of Anas bin Malik and others.
