Ibn Abi Umar narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abu al-Zinad, on the authority of al-Araj, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Beware of supposing “For suspicion is the most false hadith.” Abu Issa said, “This is a hasan and authentic hadith.” He said, “And I heard Abd bin Humaid mentioning On the authority of some of Sufyan’s companions, he said, Sufyan said: Suspicion is two suspicions. A suspicion is a sin, and a suspicion is not a sin. As for a suspicion that is a sin, then the one who suspects Suspicion and speaks of it. As for suspicion that is not sinful, it is one who suspects but does not speak of it.
