Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28172

Abu Kurayb narrated to us, Waki’ narrated to us, on the authority of Zakaria bin Ishaq, on the authority of Yahya bin Abdullah bin Saifi, on the authority of Abu Ma’abad, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent Muadh bin Jabal to Yemen and said, “Beware of the call of the oppressed, for there is nothing between it and “God is a veil.” Abu Issa said, and on the authority of Anas, Abu Hurairah, Abdullah bin Omar, and Abu Saeed. This is a good hadith. Sahih, and Abu Ma’abad’s name is Nafez.
