Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28450

Ibrahim bin Saeed Al-Jawhari Al-Baghdadi told us, Abu Al-Yaman told us, on the authority of Shuaib, and he is the son of Abi Hamza, on the authority of Ibn Abi Hussein, who is Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman bin Abi Hussein, on the authority of Nafi’ bin Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said, he said Messenger of God May God’s prayers and peace be upon him: “I saw in a dream that I had in my hands two bracelets of gold, and I became concerned about them and was inspired to blow them, so I blew them and they flew.” So I treated them as liars. They will emerge after me. One of them will be called Musaylimah, the owner of Al-Yamamah, and Al-Ansi, the owner of Sana’a.” He said: This is an authentic, hasan, and ghareeb hadith.
