حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" إِنَّ مِنْ حُسْنِ إِسْلاَمِ الْمَرْءِ تَرْكَهُ مَا لاَ يَعْنِيهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ مُرْسَلاً وَهَذَا عِنْدَنَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ .
Qutaibah narrated to us, Malik bin Anas narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Ali bin Husayn, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Indeed, from good Islam A person abandons what does not concern him.” Abu Issa said, and thus more than one of Al-Zuhri’s companions narrated on the authority of Al-Zuhri on the authority of Ali Bin Hussein, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, similar to the mursal hadith of Malik, and this in our view is more authentic than the hadith of Abu Salamah on the authority of Abu Hurairah. And Ali bin Hussein did not meet Ali bin Abi Talib.
