Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28463

Bishr bin Hilal Al-Sawwaf Al-Basri narrated to us, Ja’far bin Sulaiman narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Tariq, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger said: God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever takes these words from me and acts upon them or teaches whomever acts upon them?” Abu said. Kitten, so I said, O Messenger of God, so he took me by the hand and counted five and said, “Beware of incest and you will be the most devout of people, and be satisfied with what God has apportioned for you and you will be.” Be the wealthiest of people, be good to your neighbor, be a believer, and love for people what you love for yourself, be a Muslim, and do not laugh a lot, for Excessive laughter kills the heart.” Abu Issa said, “This is a strange hadith. We do not know it except from the hadith of Ja’far bin Sulaiman. And Al-Hasan did not He hears something like this from Abu Hurairah. It was narrated on the authority of Ayyub, Yunus bin Ubaid, and Ali bin Zayd. They said: Al-Hasan did not hear from Abu Hurairah. Abu Ubaidah Al-Naji narrated this hadith on the authority of Al-Hasan, but he did not mention in it on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
