حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" أَكْثِرُوا ذِكْرَ هَاذِمِ اللَّذَّاتِ " . يَعْنِي الْمَوْتَ . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Mahmoud bin Ghaylan narrated to us, Al-Fadl bin Musa narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Amr, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said May God bless him and grant him peace: “Make frequent mention of the one who seeks pleasures.” This means death.
