Hadith #28671
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، وَوَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" انْظُرُوا إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَسْفَلَ مِنْكُمْ وَلاَ تَنْظُرُوا إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ فَوْقَكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ أَجْدَرُ أَنْ لاَ تَزْدَرُوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ " . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Abu Kurayb told us, Abu Muawiyah, and Waki` told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said, “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said.” Look at who is below you and do not look at who is above you, for it is better that you do not despise God’s blessing upon you. "This is an authentic hadith.
