حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ ذَاقَ طَعْمَ الإِيمَانِ مَنْ رَضِيَ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Qutaibah narrated to us, Al-Layth narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Al-Had, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Al-Harith, on the authority of Amir bin Saad bin Abi Waqqas, on the authority of Al-Abbas bin Abdul-Muttalib said that he heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say, “He who has tasted the flavor of faith is he who accepts God as his Lord.” “By Islam as religion and Muhammad as prophet.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good and authentic hadith.”
