حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" لاَ يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِمَا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ عَامِرٌ الأَحْوَلُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ أَيْضًا .
Suwayd told us, Abdullah told us, Usama bin Zaid told us, Amr bin Shuaib told me, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “It is not permissible for a man to separate between two people except with their permission.” Abu Issa said this hadith. Hassan Sahih. It was also narrated by Amer Al-Ahwal on the authority of Amr bin Shuaib as well.
