حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نِيْزَكَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَيَّاةَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" إِيَّاكُمْ وَالتَّعَرِّي فَإِنَّ مَعَكُمْ مَنْ لاَ يُفَارِقُكُمْ إِلاَّ عِنْدَ الْغَائِطِ وَحِينَ يُفْضِي الرَّجُلُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ فَاسْتَحْيُوهُمْ وَأَكْرِمُوهُمْ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَأَبُو مُحَيَّاةَ اسْمُهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْلَى .
Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Nayzak al-Baghdadi narrated to us, Al-Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Abu Muhyah narrated to us, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Omar, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Beware of nudity, for there is among you someone who does not leave you except when he defecates and when he has finished.” The man to his family, so be kind to them and honor them.” Abu Issa said: This is a strange hadith. We do not know it except from this narration, and Abu His name is Yahya bin Ya’la.
