Hadith #29208
Abdullah bin Humaid told us, Ubayd Allah bin Musa told us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Bara’, he said, “Men of the Prophet’s companions died.” May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, before alcohol was forbidden, and when alcohol was forbidden, some men said, “How about our companions who died drinking alcohol?” Then it was revealed: (There is no blame on those who believe and do righteous deeds for what they have been given, as long as they fear God and believe and do righteous deeds.) Abu Issa said. This is a good and authentic hadith
