حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَعْلَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُّمَا إِهَابٍ دُبِغَ فَقَدْ طَهُرَ " . هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ قَالُوا فِي جُلُودِ الْمَيْتَةِ إِذَا دُبِغَتْ فَقَدْ طَهُرَتْ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ أَيُّمَا إِهَابِ مَيْتَةٍ دُبِغَ فَقَدْ طَهُرَ إِلاَّ الْكَلْبَ وَالْخِنْزِيرَ . وَاحْتَجَّ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ . وَقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ إِنَّهُمْ كَرِهُوا جُلُودَ السِّبَاعِ وَإِنْ دُبِغَ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَشَدَّدُوا فِي لُبْسِهَا وَالصَّلاَةِ فِيهَا . قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّمَا مَعْنَى قَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَيُّمَا إِهَابٍ دُبِغَ فَقَدْ طَهُرَ " . جِلْدُ مَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ هَكَذَا فَسَّرَهُ النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ . وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ قَالَ النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ إِنَّمَا يُقَالُ الإِهَابُ لِجِلْدِ مَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ .
Qutaibah narrated to us, Sufyan bin Uyaynah and Abd al-Aziz bin Muhammad narrated to us, on the authority of Zayd bin Aslam, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Wa’ala, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Any skin that has been tanned has been purified.” This is a good and authentic hadith. This is according to most of the people of knowledge. They said regarding the skins of dead animals, if they are tanned, they are purified. Abu Issa said. Al-Shafi’i said, “Which is the skin of the skin?” A carcass that has been tanned is purified, except for dogs and pigs. This hadith was used as evidence. Some of the people of knowledge among the companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He and others said that they disliked the skins of wild beasts, even if they were tanned. This is the opinion of Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak, Ahmad, and Ishaq, and they were strict about wearing them. And prayer therein. Ishaq ibn Ibrahim said, “The meaning of the words of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, is only: “Any cuticle that has been tanned has been purified.” The skin of something whose meat is eaten. This is how Al-Nadr ibn Shumayl explained it. And Ishaq said: Al-Nadhar ibn Shumail said, “The skin is only said to be for the skin of what is edible.” His flesh...
