Hadith #29550
Mahmoud bin Ghaylan told us, Abu Dawud told us, he said Shu`bah told us, on the authority of Ali bin Ata, he said, I heard Amr bin Asim Al-Thaqafi, He narrates on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, who said: Abu Bakr said, O Messenger of God, give me something to say in the morning and in the evening. He said “ Say, O God, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Lord of everything and its Sovereign, I bear witness that there is no god but You, I seek refuge in You from evil. Myself and from the evil of Satan and his polytheism. He said, “Say it in the morning, and in the evening, and when you go to bed.” Abu Issa said this. A good and authentic hadith
