Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29656

Al-Ansari told us, Maan told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Abu Abdullah Al-Aghar, and on the authority of Abu Salama bin Abdul Rahman, On the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Every night our Lord descends to the lowest heaven when a third of On the last night, He will say, “Whoever calls upon Me, I will respond to him, and whoever asks Me, I will give to him, and whoever asks Me for forgiveness, I will forgive him.” He said this. It is a good and authentic hadith. And Abu Abdullah Al-Aghar’s name is Salman. He said, and on the authority of Ali, Abdullah bin Masoud, and Abu Saeed. And Jubayr bin Mutim, Rifa'ah Al-Juhani, Abu Al-Darda', and Othman bin Abi Al-Asi.
