Muhammad bin Bashar and Mahmoud bin Ghaylan narrated to us, saying: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, Sulayman bin Muadh al-Dhabi narrated to us, on the authority of Simak bin Harb, on the authority of Jabir bin Samurah, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Indeed, in Mecca, a stone was used to greet me on nights.” I have been sent and I know him now.” He said, “This is a good and strange hadith.”
