Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29783

Muhammad ibn Bashar narrated to us, Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Suleiman al-Taymi narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Al-Ala, on the authority of Samurah ibn Jundub, he said: We were With the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, we circulate from a portion of food from the morning until the night, when ten will rise and ten will sit. We said, “What was it?” It was extended. He said, “What do you marvel at? It was only extending from here.” He pointed with his hand to the sky. Abu Issa said, “This is a good and authentic hadith.” Abu Al-Ala's name is Yazid bin Abdullah bin Al-Shakhir.
