حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَطَبَ إِلَى لِزْقِ جِذْعٍ وَاتَّخَذُوا لَهُ مِنْبَرًا فَخَطَبَ عَلَيْهِ فَحَنَّ الْجِذْعُ حَنِينَ النَّاقَةِ فَنَزَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَمَسَّهُ فَسَكَنَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أُبَىٍّ وَجَابِرٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَسَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ وَحَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Mahmoud bin Ghaylan told us, Omar bin Yunus told us, on the authority of Ikrimah bin Ammar, on the authority of Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abi Talha, on the authority of Anas Ibn Malik, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, delivered a sermon to Laziq Jad’ah, and they took a pulpit for him, and he delivered a sermon on him, so the trunk yearned like the yearning of a she-camel. So the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, came down and touched him and he calmed down. Abu Issa said: On the authority of Ubayy, Jabir, Ibn Umar, Sahl Ibn Saad, Ibn Abbas, and Umm Salamah and the hadith of Anas are a good, authentic, and strange hadith.
