Hadith #29786
Muhammad bin Ismail told us, Muhammad bin Saeed told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Samak, on the authority of Abu Dhabyan, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: He came A Bedouin went to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said, “How do I know that you are a prophet?” He said, “If I call upon this branch of this palm tree, I will bear witness.” “I am the Messenger of God.” Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, called him and he began to descend from the palm tree until he fell to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and then he said, “Come back.” Then he returned and the Bedouin converted to Islam. Abu Issa said: This is a good, strange, and authentic hadith.
