Hadith #29898
Abd al-Quddus bin Muhammad al-Attar al-Basri told us, he said: Amr bin Asim told us, on the authority of Ishaq bin Yahya bin Talha, on the authority of his uncle, Musa bin Talha said, “I entered upon Muawiyah and he said, ‘Shall I not bring you good news? I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying, “Talha is one of those whose lives have died.” "This is a strange hadith. We do not know it from the hadith of Muawiyah except from this perspective.
